    Absolutely execrable service. Never took any payment, never returned calls, never answered e-mails, never recorded payments that I made manually and then tried to tell me that I was in arrears. I spend hours listening to their interminable drivel whilst on hold. I can honestly say that this is without the worst customer service that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter in all my life.

    I was sold a package that was in no suitable for my needs and very soon I was paying £80 a month for a intermittent service.
    I have had 2 modems, 2 routers and promises of better internet and refunds for a poor service.
    However, the refunds don't amount to much and I lost 3 weeks of internet due to "contractural problems".
    The main problem now is that you will spend many hours on hold listening to how good they are and if you'd like you can use the online chat service but without internet that's impossible and when you can they don't answer.
    I'm writing this review at the end of a 35 minute hold.
    I GAVE UP.
    I would not go anywhere near this service as it is as bad as that very large U.K. Based telecommunications company that I left in the first place.

    Terrible customer service. We were without broadband for 1 month and promised refund. Cant get to speak to anyone

    This company is a disgrace to uk business it’s Customer service team lies to you, they also commit fraud by taking money out of your account when your contract with them ended 3 months ago and won’t refund it back to you.
    Have sent email with no reply back and called over 12 times to sort it out with the customer service team that have no idea and make things up to cover their own back

    Avonline is a company that you should steer well clear of!
    The service they provide is very poor and once because of one of their failed components I had to wait 10 days to get a date for an engineer to call. I had been paying £92 per month (we send a lot of big files) and ALL promises were broken. I have a chronelogical record of all their failings if anyone would care to see.

    I happened to be in PC world and thought I'd ask the PC boffin there for advice on a new and RELIABLE provider. To my delight they recommended a very small EE device which works virtually anywhere and receives 4G and then 3G signal in a PC or phone. It's abolutely great to be able have fast internet!
    It costs £30 pm and I cannot praise its efficiency enough..
    DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR AVONLINE!

    I have 12 months of e-mails together with their acknowledgement - but no actual replies to the queries raised. I sent an email to cancel that they can't find despite the fact I have their email acknowledging receipt. I have been months not being able to monitor our usage due to the facility being withdrawn which was the main reason for cancelling. They insist I must return the equipment as per contract but I worry they will deny receiving it afterwards

    Yesterday I found three avonline engineers drilling into the front wall of my property. When I approached them I was told they were installing broadband cable to my neighbours. They did not seek my permission and have subsequently damaged my garden wall which is obviously private property and has nothing to do with my neighbours broadband installation. They were incredibly rude and their only comment was that they have had worse comments about their installation. They have left an unsightly plastic cover attached to my wall and have also tacked cable along the dividing wall between my property and my neighbours, a wall which once again is private property and lies clearrly within my property boundary. Absolute cowboys, who don't even bother discussing their intentions and go ahead and wilfully damage private property. No customer service at it is impossible to get in touch with them on the contact details they provide

    My problem is they kept taking the wrong amount out of my account after I downgraded. I have sent them emails and phoned them.
    I would keep well clear of their satellite broadband.

    The worst broadband provider imaginable!!
    Poor speeds, awful service! Try to get through when you have a problem and you could easily wait an hour.
    If I could give Avonline no stars then I would.
    Yes, its a satellite system but its all bulky and rubbish components.
    By luck we found a compact device at PC world made by EE. For £30pm they provide 50G and you can easily just plug it in to your PC and it will handle everything perfectly. Also keep it in the car when you go out. It works wonderfully in poor signal areas.
    Oh...and by the way, it runs at twice the speed of the Avonline service on PC and mobile.
    You will see many, many reviews about Avonline. Don't just take my word for it.

    Absolute bunch of incompetent morons! Supposed to be installing super fast broadband in the area and all they managed to do was cut off the internet to our street - currently on day 12.

    No communications from them.

    Three people riding on the outside of the digger as it ran up and down the street.

    Absolute cowboys!

    Absolutely Terrible!!!
    Dont answer the phone
    Never call you back despite numerous promises.
    Download speed averages from 4.4 - 2.2
    Cant even sort themselves to take a monthly payment.
    Very frustrasting company to deal with I would strongly suggest you AVOID

    Appauling customer service; no replies to email, money owed to me not refunded despite many, many promises that it would be sent to my bank. My advice is choose a different company
