    Signed up with this absolute joke of a company and its been a headache from this point onwards. Uneducated clueless staff that sound about 16 and so many errors in the whole of my application. Complete waste of time would recommend everyone boycotts this second class company and find a real company, unless u enjoy having to repeat and explain yourself constantly. dont be fooled by their prices either

    I am using 2.5 years directsave. In terms of overall satisfaction I believe that directsave provides quite good services(4/5).

    For customer services I believe that the agents working after 4pm are better technically that those in the morning hours (4/5).

    The installation times are affected by openreach works and schedule. I believe they need to improve their collaboration with openreach and have more control on their programs and status.

    The broadband speed is more or less the same between companies. The best always for me is to use an ethernet cable, wifi lose 50% of speed (3/5)

    The connection is in general terms stable, I think they can improve further on that point (4/5)

    They are out there to rip you off. Charged me £19.50 for leaving them.Never got a bill just took the money from the account.

    Excellent!! That's all I can say after being a customer of well known provider and being totally cheesed off with them, price rises , trying to contacting them spending ages on the phone. Direct save is a pleasure to deal with. We have had no problems, with Internet or phone. They give a detailed itemised bill & customer service have been good . We have just recommend friends.

    Great service. Good, cheap broadband. Easy, comprehensive billing each month. Highly recommended compared with some of the much more expensive Internet providers.

    Shoddy company. Poor customer service. Lack manners, integrity and efficiency.
    I live in an apartmemt with limited supplier availability. If I could have my previous company from before I moved then I would in a heartbeat.

    I have never had to go through so much to get in touch with someone for help. I am a new customer and was supposed to be connected on the 23 August, it is now the 4th Sept and still no internet. Have called tech support several times only to be put on hold for long periods of time or disconnected because they can't figure out how to fix the problem. They first had my address wrong. Now supposedly it's my ONT box number. They say they will call you back but never do.
    I pro paid for the first month and a half but still have no service. It takes forever to get help on direct save helpline. I will never do business with them ever again.

    Just had a letter from Direct Save as I am leaving them on 6 April and said that they have calculate that you have 18 months left on your contract and we estimate that your termination fee to be £270.00. So I phoned them and said I was not in contract as it ended last month so have now put it in the hands of Ofcom. As after the contract ended it should be on a month basis. I would never go back to them as had trouble with them from the start as had to phone to see where the modem was and it was late being set up then the modem did not connect to the internet and found out the modem was not set up right and found that out on Monday and the broadband was meant to go on Friday

    Really pleased with Direct Save since moving over. The billing is simple and straight forward and much better value than all the bigger companies. Amazing value.

    Had Broadband installed in August 2023. It didn't work properly, with poor and intermittent service. They eventually sent out an engineer and I was told this would be free of charge. They fixed the faulty box in November and today (8th January) I received their invoice for £193 for engineer call out. Shocked? Obviously I called them only to be spoken to with contempt and rudeness by unhelpful so called "Service Agents". Even after speaking to a "manager" they flatly refused to remove the engineer charge (or even reduce it). Absolutely dreadful company: their policy is "once we have them in contract we can totally rip them off". My advice? Don't use them and if you do, certainly don't trust them!

    The worst Internet provider I have ever had. Constanly unreliable service, slow Internet speeds (currently 2Mb for a fibre boradband is a freaking joke). Every time I call them it's all fine on their end. Have tried 3 routers already (as they always blame it on my router) and I keep having problems. Since I joined, in 2 years the price has gone up by £10 while the quality of service keeps decresing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

    We have changed to Direct save after being cold called. We have changed from Sky in an attempt to lower our bills (we are pensioners). The broadband speed is low to nonexistent and living in a fairly large city I find that surprising to say the least as do I find the couldn't care less attitude of the company. We are very dissatisfied to say the least!

    Do not touch worst firm ever dealt with they said I had faulty router but they said I had to pay over £50 pounds to replace it which is against Ofcom rules they went behind my back and cancelled my order to a new provider plus there very rude on the phone

    Constantly slow and unreliable. Usually in the evenings so cannot even watch TV over IP. Their customer line closes at 8pm so cannot report it. Give them a call the next day, they say all is fine. Quite frequently I get speeds of 2Mbps over fiber. Isn't that insane? ADSL was faster than the service this company provides. They always blame something else but me and most of my neighbours experience the same so it is a constant disappointment. Unfortunately the only alternative is SeeTheLight who are exactly the same as this company. So new builds are stuck with this kind of monopoly, where you only have these Cardiff-based companies providing horrible customer service and awful QoS on broadband. Worth to mention is that within less than 2 years, my bill went up by £10 while the service remains shajt.

    This company is definitely a pork pie short of a picnic.
    I signed up online on the 15th January 2018 and received confirmation dated 16th January stating that it would be transferred within two weeks and my router would arrive shortly.
    On the February 2nd, with still no router, I was advised it could take up to six weeks for the transfer.
    On 3rd February I signed up with now and was connected on the 5th February.
    Direct Save Telecom is a third world company trying to pass on its third world values to customers here in the UK

    Proper customer service and technical support, you call up and speak to real people who listen and understand, NOT feckless offshore call centres! And their pricing is amongst the very best also! Highly recommend

    The speed and reliability isn't as good as I had hoped but my area has poor reception and connection. Customer service is great, operators are polite and friendly, and still professional. Any problems or glitches have been dealt with speedily. Would recommend (just need to pick up my flat and move it to a better location)

    I signed up to Direct save 2 months ago and I must say I was very impressed with the package I was recommended by. A gentle called Tony, offered me the Broadband Deal.The pricing was a great saving, and I have saved myself £37 a quarter. Thank you for helping me.

    Following unhelpful discussions I still think you should provide explicit reasons why I am not able to return to my previous supplier following your contract with the housing assoc where I now live Plus your phone charges are much higher than my previous supplier.

    Unreliable due to construction of house in new development. I think this seems to affect all providers in this neighbourhood.Have to reboot at least twice a day.

    They deserve 0 star. There are so many hidden charges which they won't tell you when you order your broadband. Once you sign the contract, they will send you a bunch of bills. They hung up if you call to complain. Do NOT ever deal with this company if you want a peaceful life.

    Even when signal is good cuts out for no reason. Recently had a new box . Nothing but a pain since installing the new one. If this issue isn't fixed I'm going elsewhere.

    I am disgusted beyond belief at this incredibly rude and arrogant firm of sheisters. They speak to you like you are stuck to the bottom of their shoe. They interrupt constantly. They lie to get you off the phone. I have been conned and I am taking the matter to the person in charge of them. I told them I would never recommend them to anyone and I mean it. DO Not use them!!!!!!

    Truly awful customer service.This company should not be allowed to operate. They renegade on all verbal agreements and charges. They take monies from your direct debit that bear no relation to the prices quoted. They never return your calls. They blatantly lie to you and are so rude. When you ask them for proof of the extra costs they add to your account they put the phone down on you! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

    i have just had 4 days from hell with this companay after they tried to take over my BT phone and broadband without my permission.

    came home from a weeks holiday to find a email from BT to say that another company wants to take over the services at my address which i did not know anything about.

    have had to make phone calls to bt 3 times in 4 days as this company keeps putting in requests to take over the services and i have to get BT to stop this every time.

    Very unreliable with Internet speeds far below the advertised ones. In the evenings I cannot watch TV over IP as the download speeds are very low.
