Worse provider ever !!!! It's been of more than on ...took first payment early 29.94 so I cancelled the d d and within the matter of minutes they emailed. Texted and phoned to reinstate it then they sent me a email saying payment over due after taking it out of bank |

Do not use iTalk. My elderly parents recently moved to a different provider and have been daily harassed by members of the customer service team from iTalk, receiving several calls a day on their landline and mobile phones as they apparently owe 75p, even suggesting they would send in bailiffs. Although iTalk say on their website that their senior management team will deal with any issues, the advisers would not allow my parents to speak to anyone senior. Just the worst and intimidating customer service approach I have ever heard of. |

Luckily I am nearing the end of my contract and will avoid ever renewing it.I have never achieved more than half of the promised speed and upload speed most of the time is hardly registering.It is continually dropping out and almost unusable with an iPad.After hours of waiting to contact customer service the cost of trying to break the contract four months early was ridiculous and compared to other providers the cost of an alternative a faster service was to expensive..With what was promised when I initially signed up for this contract and what was supplied there is no way I would ever contemplate staying with them even if the price was acceptable.My main use was for very low for a security camera which is continually dropping out and then failing to reconnect because of the poor signal. |

Absolute awful company I so would not recommend this company they tried to £218 for 1 late payment and a engineer appointment when a engineer didn't even turn up, tried to take money out of my account every other day, rang them up talked to them about a payment plan they agreed but still tried to take money out of my account so rang back up they agreed to take my card off there system and still tried to take money out of my account even though they said they had taken my card of there system so they had said absolutely disgusting company do not go with this company |

I feel very very sorry for anybody who makes the decision to go with i talk for their internet. To say I have been massively let down would be an understatement. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS DREADFUL COMPANY. I was a customer for almost a year when on Xmas day 2019 my internet went down. I then waited until the day after boxing day to report the problem when I knew the office would be open after the hols. I was advised to check various parts of the equipment to check for damage etc and to also replace the microfilter, which I did. This didn't resolve the problem. New year's Eve an engineer from openreach came out and replaced the line outside. He suspected the Reuter was possibly faulty. Still no internet. In the meantime I was revising for an exam and had no access to my online course. This went on for nearly a month, my kids also asking daily when we would have internet again. So, in pure frustration I made the decision to go with Virgin Media instead which has so far been very good. I'm now receiving constant communications from i talk chasing me for over £100. I wish they had contacted me as often when I was without a service. On checking my bank today I can see they have managed to take the money, despite cancelling direct debit and getting a new bank card to stop any payments being taken. For them to believe I owe them after having no internet for almost a month and over the Xmas period and all the hassle and phone calls I went through is a liberty. To say I am livid would be an understatement. They haven't a clue what they are doing. Stay well clear ! |

I Don't recommend this broadband. Quite disappointedthat that at the beginning we've got promised a fast broadband and turns out that it is far too slow.+ 12 month contract. The internet does interrupt often with covid online lessons, especially wonderful (not)!! Thankfully hands down, it does not go off totally (that's why I give them 3 stars for the reliability). Also, contacted them few times about it. Customer service always good give them 5 stars for it. Sorry for this review but it's only fair for people to know. |

After being with it all for over a year I decided to switch providers due to my connection frequently going off. When I tried to resolve this with the company I was told I needed to prove this by going onto a laptop even though they were able to tell me several dates that it failed from their computer. After informing them I was switching due to their failure I was told I would still have to pay for the service due to being in a contract with them. |

Can’t give any stars at all I have never seen anything worse than italk we bought the package at £19.99 per month now we are being charged 29.94 with £8 for phone calls yet we don’t even have a house phone to call on, service is constantly cutting out or not working at all and the customer service team are no help whatsoever absolute joke of a company and should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising |

My mother has this provider. It's pretty good the only thing that is annoying is no engineers come out and you have to do it all yourself. I'm amazed no ones bothered to review this company. |

These guys are a nitemare my bill was overdue which I take full responsibility for I contacted them by email to explain my situation til then they sent another 3 emails and they kept contacting me by 3 diffrent operators through out the the space of 24 hours then they sent another email and another txt message after speaking and saying the bill will be brought up to date the following day its as thou they think putting presure on several times can makes money appear for you I feel as though there trying to intimidate me and bully tatics with there atitude.if thing are not bad enough just now |

Engineer repair £150.09 for vandalism outside my property was charge for a new socket that was supposed to be damaged to connect phone line ,repair took 5minutes left a mess. How do this company get away with it and my broadband as been rubbish since the day I signed up , i now have paid for a booster plug and it's not much difference. They are absolute conn artists Worse company ever!!!! |

This company have no communication between each other, if you have to ring them on your house phone they charge you as they did me, fifteen pounds for ringing my own internet company is disgusting, I tried to complain, as at one stage I had to ring them, they kept me on hold, put me through to wrong departments and then charged me four pounds for the call, I rang and complained and got told that the person in charge was not moving from the charges they still stand. This company, has really bad customer service |

Do not go with them. You will regret it. They tell you different things, The internet is super slow and when you cancel it and provide proof they tell you nonsense on the phone but don't actually do it. We have complained several times every time they tell you different things and after months not being with them they still charge you and on the phone says that is not even your last bill. We only been with them for 2 weeks and didn't receive the fast internet we paid for. You will be blocked from our credit card. |

Avoid at all costs, I have received repeated threats to take me to court, I refuse to pay for a service that was rubbish( putting it very politely) I repeatedly tried to cancel before the end of the cooling off time, and every time they fobbed me off until I was tied into a contract, I didn’t break the contract they did when not one person in my house could receive internet connection, vile customer service and no offer of resolve, they tried to get me to pay for another package, please do not use this company, they take hours to answer calls until you cancel and then all of a sudden they constantly answer you |

Lucky to get one star! Despicable company. Not received my box as was rushed into hozzy. Got let out after a while but they won't give me a refund. Apparently I should have let them know I was going hozzy. How could I?!!! I got offered a month free on my contract! Topping it off they're trying to charge me for an early exit fee... Absolutely ridiculous. Stay well clear. People will soon know what a useless company this is. All I want is what I am owed!! |

I cannot give this company any stars whatsoever, my 90 year old mother in law is with the company for her phone and I have tried to talk to them for over an hour to try and resolve an issue. No senior manager was willing to talk. So so frustrating. Appalling service. |

Can honestly say these guys are the worst provider i have ever dealt with, was with them for 8 months and over those 8 months i can say collectively i had about 1 months internet. Its laughable once i phoned up to say the internet is working but not the phone and a manager who i was talking to said she was suprised i had internet because on her side it showing as being down. There was never a period for a day where i could say i had full coverage after months of complaining and sending emails and being dealt with by 2 different manager its the worst providers. Dont get me wrong the customer service wasn't terrible just internet and phone service is diabolical. What upset me the most is i cancelled my service and they have the cheek to send it over to debt collectors saying i owe them |

Where do I start well I've rang italk up about moveing my services to a new address as I wanted to keep the broad band with them but unfortunately I was told they couldn't provide the services where I'm moving to so they told me I would have to pay an early termination fee as I'm still in contract with them but I stated that it was them that terminated the contract not me but they said I had to pay it as it's my fault so I cancelled my DD and only yesterday I noticed on my on line banking they set up a new DD with out my permission I've emailed them but no response from them iv informed my bank and notified the police and now they are looking in to it for me so there for any body thinking of going to italk I'd think twice as they are the worst company iv ever had any dealings with so good riddance italk mere again |

Got to be the the arse of IP. After many calls 2 engineers called out, never even told me about second until i got a phone call on the morning the 2nd engineer called out, stating he would call between 1pm-6pm, i told the agent, don't bother i have signed up with someone else, but hey ho an egineer called at 10 and said he would be 20 mins, then was told to cancel with new provider which i already paid money to or i would be charged any costs, they cancelled from their end, when after 4 hrs the chap got the internet working, i went straight back to new provider and signed again, 2x money still waiting on refund on the first cancelled payment, they said they would refund for lost time/internet my phone data was all used up lol, joke, now because i'm leaving they cannot do this, and because i cancelled direct debit they charge you £10 lol, no i must pay final £19.99, well they say they will persue this, even when i got home from work landline rang, has not for yrs lol, i'm Scottish you know the answer i gave them lol, stay well clear folks, really terrible internet speeds 0.02 mb lol what a joke it is now 11.0 my new IP will be about 16.0, legalised thugs, especially when you leave. They have no techinal staff just call centre people reading from a scripted screen. Stay |
