    The customer service are disgusting
    They overcharged you regularly and can never give you clear reasons why.
    Their payment plans are ridiculous.
    They constantly go into your bank without your permission.
    If they have access.
    Never give them your card details
    As they will abuse them .
    The phone and text harassing is like a having a stalker .
    Do not use this company .
    You will regret it .
    I think it’s someone who’s won’t the lottery as their business practice is gangster.
    The stupidity is real .
    They are rude and aggressive on the phone .
    And they also mess with your service for fun .

    Cancelled direct debit loads of times yet italk keep taking different amounts out my bank all the time. I dont even have italk Internet, but am still being charged!

    Slow , 100% packet loss nearly everyday ,Super fiber 40mbps..
    Buffering all the time on everything.. customer service is a joke.. had to send proof for 3 weeks before they sent engineer was told i would be fined if they couldnt find a fault.. they apparently fixed a fault.. got worse.

    The Hub they provide is a horribly antiquated zyxel model from the early 2000s, it is physically not capable of speeds over 20 megabits. That's not an opinion, the technology within it cannot exceed 20 megabits, that is exceptionally slow for this decade, or last decade to be honest, pathetic service, do not buy.

    AVOID ITALK! this company is a scam, they will take money from your account without you knowing refuse to refund. they refused to look into any service issue and charge £150 for a engineer to come out. the service did not meet the standed or contract agreed speeds are below 1mpbs WORST BB PROVIDER IN UK. after reporting to ofcom and the fraud team. the customer service is a joke treat you like a child and dont listen but continue to take money regardless of no service.

    If I could review this with NO stars then I would! AVOID this broadband at all costs. Since setting up it’s been nothing but problems with the connection dropping completely, they always take random amounts of money from my account even though the internet NEVER WORKS!!! I also asked to cancel the broadband and pay the cancellation fee and was told I’m not able to do so until the contract is up!! I refused to pay a late fee because I have NEVER paid the bill late and not this has resorted to the bill going up and up each week, with a total of £180. I have agreed to set a payment plan up months ago to clean what I owed which was originally around £50. They refused and demanded FULL payment!! This is the worst company I have ever come across In my life. And by reading the reviews everybody has the same review!! Shocking total rip off company need reporting

    The worse service in all aspects......the broadband the customer service goes off when it's raining. Always taking double payments from account . Cannot wait to get out of this contract . Worse ever

    As soon as the hub was installed we started having issues with the speed, and the hub reset itself repeatedly. An engineer found a fault which italk then charged me for even though they only charge when no fault is found. They took £20 but put £150 credit on my account after I got passed to multiple departments and finally made a formal complaint and threatened to sue them. They also reduced my bill by £5 per month. This was to see Me through to the end of my contract in Dec. 2022 as stated by italk themselves. However, as my term was coming to an end they decided to increase my bill without notification and consent, and increase the monthly amount and then tried to take more money from me saying we owed for phone calls which they refused to give an itemised bill for even though it was requested. Whereas if the agreed fixed contract remained and the credit with the £5.00 discount was considered they would in fact owe me money. They are happy to talk over the phone but they won't put anything in writing (good job I record my telephone calls). The speeds they promised never came to fruition, overall in my experience the company comes across as a money making scam and it seems customer service are happy to bully for payment but not serve you or answer any questions. Regardless of what their reviews maybe on trust pilot I don't and won't trust them again and my personal experience has been awful.
