I didn’t know it can be this bad!!! I’ve applied for broadband and TV package and I’ve been told the engineer will come to install on 27 of December!!! The money have been taken from my account before installation with isn’t on the contract but I’ve sed it’s okay as long as they show up! You wish !!! Never showed up never have had a message from them extremele difficult to get to speak with someone! Got my money refunded for tv not yet broadband never get a good explanation why I haven’t received the services promised! Guys only if you’re really really desperate get involved with them !! They’re cheap for a reason! Don’t do it it’s rubbish!!!!

I order Now Broadbend on 6th of December,today is 27th of December still no internet.Incapable of performing the most basic aspects of their job. God knows how good their broadband actually is, they can't seem to ever remember to send someone to activate it.I received text mes.thet eng.shows up on 27th but no one showed up. Received text mes.your internet up and running. Big Lies No Internet....Cotacted customer service,told me,whait for 24-72h. Same lies they are telling me soons 19th of December,wait for 24-72h.I have been waitting for 216h still nothing....

Absolute disgrace I moved 20 miles down the road and I've had nothing but issues, I called and checked if I could still get the same service I got told yes, I asked if I would pay more I got told no. September I move and I go without a service 2 weeks, when I get a service its weak and it was dropping 7 times a day. Now its December I've had 2 engineer visits and the service is worse its done nothing but drop since Christmas Day evening. I've not even been given any compensation for the 2 weeks I had 0 service yet. I was told when I asked about the higher bill that when I move that happens I asked to go back in a contact they said there is none for this area and then I get an email giving me a right to exit with no fee but they ask me to go onto a contract with them. Makes no sense. It's boxing day and my WiFi drops every 2 -5 mins it's not a service that is fit for what is advertised. The customer service team is hopeless they've not got a clue. They need shutting down.

I cancelled 12 days after I set up NOW broadband. To use my online bank account it was necessary to turn off WiFi and use 4G every time. The same if I needed to access Google. NOW is not fit for purpose. I have another provider and I can go online every time I want - using WiFi.

DO NOT USE FOR BROADBAND. Cut me off one month early. Took no real responsibility. Left it for me to sort out their mess. Only response was a patronising and unhelpful email.

Horrible experience so far - we’ve had Now for 2 3 months and they’ve had two outages of several days due to an external fault.

took my money, cancelled within 14 days but still no refund. I think I will need to contact my bank to reverse the charge. DO NOT USE ANY OF THERE SERVICES. I'm sure if I owed them money they would continually chase me.
