    Over a month without internet. calls and complaints ignored, have yet to get a service update, an email or letter despite them saying they have contacted me. Gone with another provider but on hold as PO are still working on my case, diabolical

    Terrible service and diabolical customer service. Did not send a reminder email or letter to remind me of end of contract, yet said they did and it had got lost in my junk email folder?! Send an email once I was leaving them saying the total will not reflect till you get your final bill. Phoned up tonight Friday the 21st of January 2022 to get explanation of charges told I was due no refund as I had made £36 of calls 21 calls. Ok well if I did it was for necessary calls to local garage and to hospital! Why then should I be penalised for that. Told me I cancelled my call plan in July well yes as you were increasing it from£5 per month to £10 a month and some months I make no calls as I have no one to call. Why are you victimising and overcharging the poor on benefits for their essential home phone ? Scammers Ismail I’m well rid!!

    I have had my landline number for 50 years and came to the post office broadband with it but when I looked to leave they would not release the number.What right do they have to hold my number?

    Rubbish the are so annoying so unprofessional just. Downloading is 0.3 Mbps and uploading is 0.1 Mbps I been doing the test and when contact them the just cut the line. As they sold all costomers to shell now they don't care at all we are paying for the headach we are having. There is no one we can complain to as soon you say can I speak to manager they just hand up on you. You are bonded in contract which you have to pay but apart that the service forget about that. Avoid don't even think about join them

    Avoid avoid avoid Customer service rubbish The broadband is that slow a waste of space Router is so bad wi fi drops out that slow that you can;t even watch catch up. Just can;t wait for my contract to end .Paying for a service that is not there . Phone them and it falls on deaf ears .Our speed is not even 6 but they say it is in the range rubbish don;t go there .

    Got notified November my contract was due to expire so I called to renew my contract, I refuse to pay £30 for broadband that’s so slow so I go with then £17, it’s now gone up to £18. I get my bill through this morning 30 flippin quid, so I call them tell them to get their s*** together and sort it out I get told I have to pay the 30, no I don’t have to pay 30 I’m contracted at 18, you’re in breach of contract so I cancelled d/d you’ll be paid over the phone when my bill is due. Twice I called about my contract before December. Keep it up and I’ll switch provider. Get your s*** together and get it sorted before I do you for breach of contract. Since the switch from PO to shell my bill is always wrong. I’m an fed up with being told I have to pay the wrong amount when my contract say otherwise. Most people are on tight budgets I’m one of them so sort it. You will be contacted by a solicitor for breach of contract. Get your incompetent staff sorted!!!

    This broadband service is a joke always cutting off and on speed are slower than a sloth costomer service also very bad can't help there customers out lost my bank card had to cancel it till new one came they cut service of I paid the same day 10 in the morning and iv to wait 48 hours till I'm reconnected its an absolute joke of a company

    This is the slowest most unreliable wifi ever! To think that I am paying £31 for this ludicrous service is extremely disappointing! Since installing it, it’s never been of any good !
