Soooooo bad!!!! The worst broadband provider that I have never had! Today the internet stopped working, we were meant to start a new contract with Now on the 20th but it looks like the post office has cancelled the service already!!! 5 days early!!! We have been waiting to talk to them for 20 mins when I should be working from home! What a disgrace! SOOOOOO BAD! DO NOT USE THEM

I have to use my mobile phones data to write this review. The PO tech team never answer calls, even when they call me and transfer me to the team.
The automated message when you call customer service keeps cutting out so you don't hear sentences.
I now have no internet access. I will need to contact ofcom to see if I can get a refund. Avoid PO / Shell Energy Broadband. Waste of time and money.

This broadband is absolutely rubbish. You are lucky if you open up a tab and if it even loads within one minute. It cuts off around 7 times a day and when it is on, it runs like a snail. Please, please, please DO NOT buy!!!

Absolutely rubbish broadband, nothing but problems, constantly cutting out can't watch any catch up channels without it disconnecting, same with phone and laptop rang numerous times all they did or say was to send a new signal through the line made no difference at all. Finally cancelled my contract at a cost of £130 even though it was through no flaut of myself.
Dont brother with this broadband service its non stop problems

I have been with PO as a broadband provider for 2 years. Its never been that reliable, it would cut out a few times a day, but they were the cheapest provider so I stuck with it.
I'm on an 18 month contract so when I moved home I had to take the broadband with me. Getting everything switched over has been a complete and utter farce. There have been miscommunications and mistakes constantly which has led to me still sitting here without internet until next week, I will have been without internet for over 3 weeks at that point.
I've had to experience insincere and unhelpful 'empathy' from customer services. Although in fairness one person seemed genuine and wanted to help.
I cannot wait to cancel my contract with this company, it might cost more but, after this experience, I'm sure it will be worth the money.
