    DO NOT USE TALKTALK for business, totally unreliable and make promises they do not keep. They will not let me cancel even though we paid for service for six months without service and then only provide 27mb upload speed when paying for 100 on leased line. Very unprofessional when dealing with them and over three years had four different account managers which tells something in itself.
    Worst business decision I have made and can only warn you away. cant wait for contract to end - cannot even get them to give me a figure to end contract.

    Broadband services not reliable, wifi doesn't work and no internet connection from time to time. Customer service is a mess and could not attend to your question properly.

    Switched to TT business from PlusNet. BIG mistake. Lost broadband for 12 hours and phone for nearly a week. And it's soooo slow. Now stuck in a 12 month contract so have marked calendar in 11 months so can change provider. DO NOT use Talk Talk their customer service is appalling

    After experiencing extremely poor service support from customer services I was on the brink of transferring my business to another telephone provider; however after talking to Stewart in the Customer Experience Team and Paniz Renaee, Sales Executive, they both showed me that TalkTalk Business can provide excellent support. Both of these customer facing support staff showed a passion and commitment to understand the issues I was experiencing and to this end they convinced me to renew my current contract.     Broadband installed to wrong part of the building.
    So we routed the broadband over a cat5e link but the speeds we're to low in the office so we moved the router back to the plant room where we knew it would get 76/20 vs 20/20.

    Well the DSL profile wouldn't resync and talk talk CS agent was useless and couldn't reprofile the line or reset it.

    Worst ISP call of my life and I do them weekly for customers.
    CS agent kept saying this line is guaranteed to do 18/3 and your getting 20/4 (expect I was getting 20/20) and its a 80/20 line which we know is capable of 76/20 as per its original install.
    Just don't use talk talk anything you save monthly you'll pay for when they drain your soul!

    Avoid at all costs. We moved premises and after 2 months still have no Internet and the number transfer still isn't completed so after 6 weeks I had 2 random numbers that are of no use and no Internet still. They will happily ruin your business with false hopes and promises and don't do what they say, don't contact you to let you know they aren't doing what they're supposed to be and don't care about your business or the affect it has on it.

    Today my internet connection is suspended by TalkTalk Business. When I called customer services they informed me the account was suspended because of direct debit cancellation. I don`t have any debt or any unpaid bills. It is unacceptable to suspend an account without debt just for the DD cancellation, and my DD is not cancelled I can see that DD is active on my bank application probably it is an issue with the TalkTalk Business payment processor. After I spoke with customer service they reactivated my account but they informed me that it would open in 48 hours. This is ridiculous.

    Don`t choose this company for your internet and phone if the connection is important for your business.

    I have been using TalkTalk for 3 years and I will leave them ASAP after this ridiculous issue.

    Do not go with talk talk for broadband !! Absolute shocking business from them. Went through the process of setting up my future fibre broadband, pretty straight forward to start. Two days later i get a text to say my fibre has been cancelled as there is a problem, so phone them. The guy i speak to has no clue and just says its not been put through to then selling me another package and will be the same as the last one will take 2 mins, go ahead - doesnt take 2 min took over an hour!! I then get another text again 3 days later saying the exact same thing its been cancelled! Trying to get through to them has been the wort experience ever, and when i do get through they say they cant do anything you need to go through to fibre team, i will transfer you but they never put me through i been going through this process now for over a week and now they are trying to tell me the fibre hasnt been cancelled but i am not allowed to cancel it now as its been over a week - yet i couldnt get through to someone the whole week to make sure it was cancelled as they said it was!!! Customer service is shocking and basically an out right scam.

    I have just been on phone to talk talk customer service for 57mins&I've still not any better off,I told them I was thinking of leaving them unless I got better broadband as it never works.unstead of offering me better broadband they passed me from 1 to another every time I had to tell them all my details,then when I got though to whom I was meant to help she couldn't find my account.I like to point out the other 2 got into my account!!!Anyway I asked to speak to manager 32mins later&i still didn't get to speak to a manager.The girl on ph just kept telling me just another couple of mins but 32mins later& the girl came on&said just couple of mins more at this point I said no because that is what your said 30mins ago.So after 57mins of my time waisted&no further forward.I'm going to find another provider

    We didn't have any issues with broadband until my business wanted to move. Firstly, TalkTalk said they couldn't install a line into the new property (which has had broadband previously) as they couldn't 'find' the address. Secondly, they wanted a £200 fee when I was told it would be free when I took out the contract. Dishonest, disingenuous and I will never use again. AVOID

    i m customer with talk talk as a business broadband and landline pay every month approx £20 for last 5 years now i left my business but contract with talk talk 5 months left i asked them to cancel they saying i need to pay full amount i request for discount they totally refused even i use their service for last 5 years so plz i would like to advice every one don,t take long term contract you never know what can be happen even talk talk service not good better to go to plus net cheap and good

    I am a TalkTalk Business customer and in all my time using any service I have never received such a poor service from the start to the end.

    To say "you get what you pay for" fits perfectly, it's cheap and terrible. Pay the extra couple of pounds and get a good service who don't blame everything else before looking at them selves.

    We have had many problems with their broadband service, their router & broadband line. For nearly a year from the start of the contract, we had many hours of no internet that wasted countless business hours being on the line. They opened cases and close them without fixing the issue moreover you have to open another CASE for the same fault over and over again. And when you ask to cancel your contract, they say you have to pay for the full contract payments, as a consequence you are stuck with them.

    Their customer service was always polite, however, their technical team lack adequate knowledge on how to handle issues correctly.

    My contract is about to end and when I called last week to cancel the contract, they took me to their “Loyalty Team”, offering fractional discounts by Steve and she said that if I sign up with any other provider, they should take care of everything but TalkTalk will not let me keep my phone number. This truly needs to be addressed to the government to stop phone providers use the power of their offered phone number to keep their customers even their service is not good.

    Now I am faced losing the business line that I had for many years! I wish I had signed up with a better provider in the first place!

    Today Emma from TalkTalk sales team called and said they could offer a better deal if I stay on the line to get connected to their royalty team. After 28 minutes of my business hours, Sam from their royalty team informed me that it's not possible to offer a better deal than Steve did.

    All in all, be prepared to stay on the line or their website for countless hours at some point of your contract for many months if you decide signing up with them.

    Been trying to get a faster service here for 3 years as next door neighbour has full 1G download speed.
    Talk Talk don't seem interested in sorting this with Open reach.
    Also my service used to be 80 meg down and 18 meg up. That's now reduced to 60 down and about 13 up..
    PLEASE don't bother with this shower of £RAP

    These people totally disregard everything they have agreed to provide through their business broadband and fail completely to pay the £8 a day 'Automatic' compensation the agreed with Ofcom. I have no phone since June and 2-3mbps broadband (paying for fibre). This is destroying my life. They (TalkTalk) CANNOT provide the service yet still want me to pay them. I am ENTITLED to cancel my contract, but will they let that happen, not a chance. Every excuse under the sun. Moved all other account to Plusnet, what a difference real people, real help, who actually care. Avoid TALK TALK at ALL Costs they will destroy you and your business. If this isnt sorted by the end of this month I will begin a class action against Talk Talk. If you are in the same position, Google me with your story, perhaps together we can get some action from them.

    Endless promises of FTTP but now been…
    Endless promises of FTTP but now been waiting 3 years....
    November 22 I was extremely hesitant to renew my contract with TalkTalk Business, however after yet another promise from them that it would be all sorted in the 1st quarter of 23 still nothing! Sadly my business is now in need of a faster service.
    Its hard to believe but my next door neighbour has had a 1gb download speed installed 2 years ago and is retired. She lives 9" from my terrace house.
    Like a fool believing them I signed up but no interest in date for FTP. I asked today if I'd be charged to leave my contract and sure enough yes £300
    Sadly I cannot recommend TalkTalk and once my contract ends I'm looking for a genuine provider.
    This is a shame as TalkTalk Business has been ok but the speed has dropped over the year from 75Meg to around 65Meg

    POOR SERVICE!

    Had very bad experience with this company multiple go live dates given and then suddenly order getting canceled without any communication.. Calling them is one one of the biggest hassle as being getting on hold all the time and getting transferred to multiple department or I would have to call a different number and no one takes ownership of the issue as they never have any managers on the floor.

    They are not interested in getting the business as the last person I spoke to was extremely very rude and would not let me speak.

    I have been a loyal customer of talk talk since 2 years but I think it's time. I upgraded my broadband to in September 202 to Fibre 65. Which clearly mentioned fixed price of £24 pm for the contract period of 18 month. But now amidst these hard time they have increased the prices by £2pm. Even the new connection are costing £25pm.
    I guess this is what talk talk gives it's loyal customers 'a mid contact price hike on a fixed price contract'. Can't take this any more and suggest new customer to think twice before trusting talk talk

    I will put 0 points because very bad service Bussiness broadband and even home doesn’t matter I suggest all of you don’t go with talk talk even for cancellation they said 14 days but mine 14 days was finished before they installed then they said you have to pay cancellation fees which was £300 I explained to them I haven’t fix between 14 days or you count when I ordered that system even I haven’t used how can I tell about the speed I ordered on 6 April they came to fixed 22 April I did call them 28 April they said your cancellation time already gone 10 days because they was counted that from 6 April when I ordered I can say it’s really bad dealing and no one help you they said we can’t help you for wireless equipment so tell me now these days who used wire connections they got excuses I recommend everyone don’t go with them thanks

    Joined TalkTalk business, within 14 days I cancelled. Never had any internet connection and when I did (very rarely) it was super slow!
    I called to cancel on 26th Nov and then was billed on 30th Dec, called them and found out the agent I spoke to did not cancel my broadband so now I have to pay another bill end of Jan as the final bill and they will not refund me even though I cancelled and went to a different provider on 26th Nov!

    DO NOT go with TalkTalk!

    My patience has been tested to its absolute limit! For the past three weeks, I've been wrestling with the absurd task of trying to cancel my TalkTalk Business Broadband. It's been an endless nightmare of lost connections at my business premises for three long, agonizing months. Countless engineers have come and gone, yet the ghost of a non-functioning network continues to haunt me.

    Every single day, I've been forced to engage in a futile dance with at least 15 different TalkTalk representatives, pouring hours into conversations that lead nowhere, as they all seem incapable of performing the simple act of cancelling my broadband. I am incessantly tossed from one representative to the next, in a seemingly never-ending cycle of incompetence. The managers, whom you'd expect to have some authority or ability, were as useless as the rest.

    The rest, including the managers, were nothing short of a disappointment. My apologies if I come off as overly harsh, but they've cost me three weeks of my life that I will never get back. I was forced into daily contact with them, and despite my relentless efforts, no resolution was reached.

    Would give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely shocking company, placed an order 24th April to be fitted 9th may no confirmation email nothing. Phoned to see when an engineer would be here apparently was cancelled on 28th April again no email to confirm anything. So now my business still has no phone number. Nothing can be done today would have to make a new account. Absolute rubbish company avoid at all costs

    Be aware with this company, they were providing the internet for me which I had a contract for a year so before the contract ended in April 2023 I we had a call from talk talk business they asked me if you renew the contract and then i told her no I don’t want the internet from talk talk any more I will move on to the other company and she said ok we will cancel it, after 2 months I checked my account they were still withdrew money double of price from my direct debit then I had to-cancelled my direct debit. After I cancelled my direct debit I phoned them I said I cancelled my internet with talk talk a boy in the which I can concern his emails and he said ok we investigate the case they said we can’t give you refund after all they sent me another bill so I phoned them they we’re talking a pees I asked refund . Again I asked if you not give me refund I am going to complain again they said sorry we can’t give you refund. Just let you know if this company has you direct debit they will charge you extra.

    Another horrendous customer service experience.
    Despite no change by our company our website is inaccessible and now on the third day where no-one has even bothered to call or email me about it, despite going through the drawn out procedure of contacting their Domain Admin team (by email only). You cannot get technical advise to Domain Admin, you just have to send an email and hope they contact you, which they haven't done for 4 days. Very Very poor customer service
