    I have experienced customer services are very pathetic. They stop talking even though your phone is on.
    Last month I noticed that my wi-fi was extremely slow, I thought its due to technical issue and will run smoothly as before in few hours but a day passes it didn’t. Even though talk-talk didn’t send me any message, email or call about it and also to inform that my contract has finished. So I started looking up in googles for the best network and found virgin media. So I contract with virgin media on 6th July and started using it. Hence, I called to talk- talk to collect their box but they said me I have to pay up until for 16th July, basically I am a user of virgin media from 6th July. They even saying that I have to inform 30 days before to terminate but I am not terminating, I have simply finished my contract of 2 years.
    At the end customer service are not convincing and communicating well even for 2 years stakeholder.

    They are ripping me off. promised gift card to sign up but you don't get it. its a con. complaints are fobbed off. Yes we will sort that for you. they don't. Emails just get automated answer then binned. I have spent hours on the phone and sent email after email. you don't get anywhere. internet was off just this morning. don't listen to their sales men they lie.

    Very bad service, connection on and off for months, upon trying to cancel the service, noticed the service had been changed without notice to “fast fibre “ charging almost double the cost and unwanted call blocking charge ? Never asked for ,Would not recommend

    Booked move on app that disappeared just before move so had to do over telephone causing a long wait. Had to renew contract again or face charges. Charged £60 for move. Never again, can't wait for contract to end. Shocking service for a current customer. Contact team staff totally rude.

    Never never connect with this company you will have bad experience with them !!!!!!!they will broke your credit score for their fault !!!!! rubbish rubbish rubbish company !!!!from 2016 I am fighting with them and can not deal with this mater !!brought an broadband which paid but they never come to my house to bring and connect ,never used their service and now they trying to make me pay 600 pounds for service which I had never used!!!     This is the worst Rubish company in the UK I have ever known!!! In 2017 I paid a deposit for installing Broadband which I never had and they gave me a receipt for a year to pay for nothing for service which I never had in my life!!! Then from then I receve debt collectors letters to pay £571 , that they think I owed to them!!! They broke me credit score for no reason! I tried to deal with them but only waste of time its not the money that I can not pay this is that they tried to make me a layer that not me but they are!!!!!!! Don't connect with them!!!! Never for ever!!!! They are not serious! Be aware that they lying the court with false information that you are wrong and quilty!!they did the justice without letting you know!!!!!!! Rubish Rubish Rubish company!! Don't connect with them!!!!

    I have been with talk talk for many years always been happy until I went full fibre, when I was fibre to the post all okay , I decided to go full fibre and since then nothing but problems slow speeds and internet dropping out sometimes three times a day.
    The problem is you ring up and eventually get someone who speaks in broken English and you can’t understand or you get a robot answering your texts , I’ve done this three times and got absolutely nowhere, my contract runs out soon so goodbye talktalk, I’m off.
    Recomendation from 1 to 10 A big zero

    Avoid ! Company which have one job to provide the internet but they can't but reject to cancel my contract and still taking my money , they just lying and transfering from one department to other but nobody know how to their job , I need internet to work and don't have it now but they just reject and ignore everything I am saying . Horrible service ,zero respect for customers

    If I could rate them at 0 I would. We have not had Internet connection for 3weeks, we have phoned at least six times, spending hours on the phone,after 10 days an Openreach engineer was sent who told us that it was a faulty router, a new router was sent and we still do not have Internet connection, we have phoned three times since and still no joy! We are going with another provider.

    It pains me to have to give any stars at all!!! In the 3 years that I’ve had the misfortune to be a customer, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the reliability of the broadband. On top of that there’s the cheeky price hikes and the problem with engineers not turning up. Trying to resolve an issue is a nightmare, and speaking to someone on the phone - well, no chance. Avoid at all costs! Even if Talk Talk are the last providers on earth, go back to snail mail, magazines even chisel and slate if you have to! Just don’t get stuck in this hell!!

    Horrendous customer service from this company. Reported a fault with the internet, they checked it and confirmed the fault. Engineer came out and said no fault. They closed the case. I reopened the case, they checked the line and confirmed the fault, another engineer to be sent out. I’m now trying to cancel my contract with them as they aren’t providing an internet service so why am I paying. 1h 29 mins so far on the phone passed from pillar to post. Saying I need to pay a cancellation fee even though they aren’t fulfilling their part of our contract! Absolute joke! I’ve now been sent to the tech dept then the retentions dept then back to the tech dept and now apparently I’m being transferred to the correspondence team! Avoid Talk Talk at all costs! Awful company.

    Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They disconnected my service after migrating me from Shell broadband. 2 hours on the phone to their utterly useless helpdesk and still no nearer a resolution.

    Discussing how you can never get through to them then you have fibre optic broadband which half the time doesn't work at 40 per month for only 54mb then to cancel they just give you a hefty bill and keep you on the phone for ages on hold. Disgusting customer services

    Internet doesn’t work very well. Very poor connection. We were not able to use internet for a few days. We reported this problem and asked for a help. Customer service representative kept saying that internet was good enough (even if tests were showing poor results for uploads approx 4 and downloads approx 10). They only offered us additional equipment to upgrade our router for extra money to improve service. We asked for a refund, because of that poor connection. They said they would give us a refund, but instead of that they extended our contract for additional 24 months! I raised an official complain. As a result they sent a service guy to our house. Guy came and said that everything was OK with a connection. They mentioned that there were some problems few days back but everything was sorted out. Now I can see in my bill that I was charged 75 gbp for it… without being informed in advanced. This company is really bad. Somebody should audit it. I feel cheated.

    We were talktalk customers 15 years ago and had a lot of problems with them that were only resolved with intervention at the highest level basically they chad a system that was targeted for the convenience of the business and not the customer.
    Fifteen years later bt give us a broadband quote as an existing customer that is very high we hear the spiel from the company new owners, new CEO new business model and decide to give them second chance. With them a month three failures still no working internet. Comments from customer service include we have followed our system, couriers don’t work weekends, business is business. Same old attitude, same lack of service no change over 15 years. I guess you get what you pay bt an expensive working service, talktalk a cheap nonexistent service. Where does this kind of culture originate from?

    Been with talktalk 3 years they fitted fast fiber at my property then arranged a new payment plan but didn't cancel the old one.

    They took a double payment so I cancelled the old direct debit.

    Few motlnths later the sent me letters saying they have not received any payments for 3 months and that debt collectors were involved.

    I sent bank statements through tonprove I have not missed any payments but still got no where with customer service.

    They have impacted my credit score and put it down as missed payments. Still having to pay double every month.

    My advice is stay away from this company they are a disgrace.

    The worst broadband company ever! Do not make the same mistake I did and join some other company, whatever pound you can save with them it will not be worth it. I had been for mora than a year with constant drops in my internet, I reported this and said that it was very likely the router starting to fail. The would just make me go round in circles doing some very time consuming diagnostics for nothing, as not until the router was fully gone and had no internet for 2 days they wouldn't agree to send me a new one. Not only this, but they said they would send and engineer to fix it to then discover this was never booked so one day without internet became 3 days. After this I said I would leave TalkTalk and move to another company, they managed to convince me to stay and said that there is this special "loyalty number" I could call for now on where they just send you a new router without barely asking anything. This I thought was incredible, as apparently, they do discriminate between their own clients. They make you go through a very long, unnecessary and impossible to stand process when you have internet issues, but then if you have threatened then to leave they give you this "fast track" number to get things done quickly. Why no just give a nice service ane costumer service in the first place is you hace been a loyal costumer from the beginning? Why have to suffer what I had to suffer of a whole year with constantly dropping line, 3 days of no internet and so much wasted time in the phone for costumer service? But the unprofessional attitude of this company doesn't end here The router was replaced and I had internet for literally 2 days before the router started failing again and then had no internet once more, my guess, this replacement router wasn't new and was a second hand or repaired one. I said that was it and was going to switch companies once and for all as this was not acceptable. I called this loyalty number to report the issue and the answer from the lady was "I can send you a new router right now if you stay with us if not I need to pass you with normal costumer service and have to go through the whole process again to get a new router", amazing. I refused to stay with them as this was now becoming something of a joke, so I had to be on the phone 1 whole hour during working hours and is the only times you can call and argue quite badly (otherwise it would have been 2h on the phone) to get a new router sent. They finally agreed to book me an engineer to replace the router for the next day, and this appointment was cancelled by them few hours before the appointment on a Saturday so I had to wait all weekend with no internet until a nee appointment on Monday. This is absolutely unbelievable. This whole things has caused my levels of stress and anxiety to go off the roof. Bad service, really cheap dodgy hardware and the most unbelievably unprofessional costumer service to. PLEASE, DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS PEOPLE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND MENTAL HEALTH.

    ⚠️Worst broadband in uk⚠️
    I was customer by last 12yrs and I payed £52per/m for 14mb/s - 1,4mb/s of real speed. Customer service doesn't work. I feel cheated after so many years. Many times in day is disconecction so makes me a lot of problems when working on computer...

    I was a TalkTalk broadband customer for many years. However, the first time something went wrong (wireless router lost power), the customer service was SO awful that I had to change providers. Since leaving, the customer service has continued to be awful... including them being seemingly unaware that I cancelled my account and continuing to send bills. If ANYTHING goes wrong while you're a TalkTalk customer, it's very unlikely that your problem will be resolved efficiently... and you'll be stuck without internet and trying to get sense out of very confused call centre staff for weeks on end. Avoid TalkTalk if you value your sanity.

    I logged in to my Talk talk account. There is an option to postpone the payment.by 1 day. Accepted and received a confirmation email. The next day I got an email saying that I had been charged £12 for late payment. After 5 minutes I called customer service. The lady who answered had to talk to her supervisor and confirmed that they would not add any fees to the bill. My next bill was increased by £12!!! The customer does what he wants anyway. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone

    ‘Horizon Lite’ Talk Talk didn’t renew when my contract ended, but didn’t tell me; kept taking payments.. and repeatedly told me the lack of broadband was down to an unresolved technical fault. 5 months later they finally admit they had disabled the service. I am now fighting for a refund, but am getting nothing but delaying, stalling and avoidance. AVOID!

    OAP disabled. No service. £200 bill.....
    So, weeks and weeks to get broadband and phone set up. At no point did my 80 mother of my 80 year old disabled father ever have a phone supply that worked with talk talk. They final agree to cancel the contract after days, yes days on the phone on hold and talking to stupid people.
    Send all their rubbish back to them. Get a £0 bill, and rightly so.
    Think it's fine and done. No. This is talk talk.
    They then send a bill for over £200 to this OAP couple for a service that was never provided!!
    Outrageous behaviour.
    After hours on the phone again trying to get a manager again, we get cut off.
    Take is to court talk talk. You are not getting any money from us and we have the right to now claim from you.
    You are a disgrace.

    No way you can talk to someone if you are already customer. But if you choose want to join option you will be straight connected !!!!
    You need to be on the phone for minimum of three , only listening to on hold music hours to get to the right person .
    I am not going to recommend to anyone

    Simply I will never ever go back to join talk talk .

    I was emailed with a quote for a new contract today 12/2/24.
    I was not happy with the price so rang Talktalk and was quoted a new price which was almost £10 cheaper. I was very happy with the young man who I spoke with

    Garbage ISP. Was told we needed a mandatory "upgrade". Engineer arrived and setup our line and router on the ground floor when it used to be on the 1st floor. Now, internet connection is unstable, at times router is unreachable.

    Contacted customer services and they tried to sell me their booster. Purchased my own and setup, connection to router is now ok however internet is still unavailable alot of the time...

    Internet connection is very unreliable, device to router connection is all ok but still unable to buffer videos, webpages takes more than 5 seconds to load. Upload speeds are faster than download speeds...

    Cant play multiplayer games as connection drops out mid way and constant spikes in ping.

    Will 100% not be going with talktalk again.

    When we renewed, they renaged on our contract and started charging more, stating they'de 'agreed to a contract that didn't exist' and then signed us up for another way more expensive, which we renogotiated (took about 3 hours). After a few months of blips it settled down until our phone line went dead and for a few weeks we had no landline. I then had to spend over 2 hours trawling through all their questions to book an engineer and then the fault mysteriously dissapeared 2 days before the engineer came so I had to spend another HOUR, just to cancel the engineer. Now our phone line is down again! I tried to cancel the contract and after being on for over an HOUR, finally gave up on the chat, telling them I was fed up waiting for them to set the cancellation in process and closed the chat. They've sent me a shirty message saying that if I cancel my mandate it does not constitute a cancellation and they will continue to bill me and arrears will show on my credit record. My Dad is in hospital, possibly dying and they're keeping me on a frikkin chat for a hour and STILL NOT CANCELLING my contract with them. My Mother can't get me on my landline and she hasn't a mobile so if she needs to call me its costing her a fortune. This company are despicable. I'm going to BURY them in complaint letters, the most inept and unethical company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with

    Unfortunately there's no option for zero Star, the Internet speed is terrible and has been so for several months, tons of calls to customer service, mostly overseas agents with a very weird attitude!! And no real solution, a temporary fix for a couple of days then it's allover again. Will definitely move to another provider once my contract is over and have been in full consciousness advising everyone I know to stear away from this provider.

    In reply to their response below, I spoke to customer service, we have tried all the stupid tips they suggested as I did before, nothing worked, then they sent a technician, as they did before, and lucky me, I had a stable net for a couple of hours, now I am back on my mobile hotspot again, thank God I have a decent internet provider on my mobile phone. They just buy time so they keep collecting bills to the end of my contract, which is luckily coming soon!

    Fourth time an engineer coming to my house to fix the Internet in few weeks, this is a joke not an internet provider, the worst experience I have ever had!!

    Following 4th complain due to absent internet (not a slow net, absolutely no net)!! I have been on the phone for 57 min before I gave up and hang up...from one agent to the next, all essentially useless, esp the one who suggested that it's a good opportunity to extend my contract cause they have a good offer! Can you imagine how stupid is that suggestion when you call to make another complain, FOR THE FORTH TIME IN FEW WKS!!!

    After being so fed up of their endless bull####, I wanted to cancel my contract!! They said I must pay a contract breakage fees!! They admittedly say we are sorry for offering you sh## service, sent 4 engineers with no benefit whatsoever, but if I want to break a useless contract I must pay breakage fees, if this is not simply stealing money out of your pocket then what is this called?

They had turned my Internet off saying the are fixing the issue. So I am paying £28 monthly and most of the days get no Internet. Do not trust talk talk will be changing soon

    DO NOT USE Talk Talk. After a decade of being with them an engineer removed my mums landline, she had Alzheimer’s so phone essential. Over 30 calls, DMS on Twitter, text talk and inept complaints team failed to stop them over charging 70 a month for a 27 contract. Failed to connect with eero and no help. Call centre is noisy and staff can barely understand and every department says they can not do anything about it. Talk Talk will not survive the appalling decline. Do not use. They take money off vulnerable old women and offer no Service or help despite claiming they will refund and send vouchers. If I’m are aware.

    If only there’s 0 , that i would give, they dont even deserve a 1!!!!! Stay away from this company . Theyre like scammers!

    We moved to new address recently and called TT ahead of time, the agent said no same service available in the new postcode. I wanted to cancel as we like the amount we were paying for the service we had. She offered for me to stay with them and give me fiber 65 instead for same price we are paying before and 1st 3months free ! But she cudnt make those changes as the new account has not yet been activated. She said tol call TT once new service is up n running in the new address.

    So enginer came yesterday and install the service, no issues, then i called today as wat the previous agent told me to do so, to inform them about the adjustment etc.. ive had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! its started okay then later the 1st agent kept putting me on HOLD, after an hour on the line , a different agent got back to me without any idea why im with him!!!!!!! So i ended up explaining again n again , went thru security questions again, then he put me on hold again for almost AN HOUR! Just to tell me about an issue that im not complaining about!!.. so he ended up transferring me to the loyalty dept , which call lasted for almost another hour!!! And had no idea whatsover about whats going on! So again explain EVERYTHING FROM THE START!!!! She seemed not very engaging and enthusiastic to talk to. Anyway, she said that SHES NOT ABLE TO GIVE WHAT THE PREVIOUS AGENT OFFERED ME! So why the hell they put me on this new service then if theyre notbeing true to their words!!!!! The only reason i agreed to continue with them was because of wat the previous agent offered!!!..

    You CANT GET A HOLD of a proper customer service with TT, someone who will try to assist you and solve your queries, i ended up shaking out of anger because of my HORRIBLE experience!!!!!

    Rubish customer service, all lies, fake promises, been trying to solve my issue for two weeks , didn’t get sorted, everyday had to spent 2 hours on chat to be able to discuss and explain the situation but they transfer to a different department and never get sorted, i asked manager to call back they gave me 24 hours to call, but now its 5 days never get any call, i called again and asked for the manager, i have been told manager will definitely call but after another day i never received any call, sent email to make a complain, they said someone will contact me but after a week still waiting for the reply, never ever going to be a talk talk customer again, never recommend

    Absolutely rubbish service. Going round in circles constantly. I live in a small bungalow and have constantly been online to the chat trying to resolve the slow/No internet. They tried to make me pay £85 for an extender. I've had engineers out and their resolutions made zero difference. I have now requested a call back to close the account. I even upgraded my mobile phone to try and resolve the issue but this has made no difference at all. There are 2 mobile phones only in the house that use the wifi. No gaming consoles or smart tv. Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Would not recommend
