I read these reviews after I had agreed to make the switch and was full of dread. They offer 30 days cooling off so I thought I would see how it goes. |

I hesitated a lot to choose any broadband as we find negative reviews for all of them.I finally choosed vodafone since two weeks and am plenty satisfied with the speed and the service.I was able to use the net the day of opening without any problem after three hours.Hope it will last. |

By far the best FTTC provider that I have used. Vodafone is my third provider. I have been with them since July 2015 and I don't intend to move away from them given that I have served my minimum contract period. |

Well I have had this broadband for over a year now and can make several observations from experience. |

Can't fault it... Now with ofcom law they give you a guaranteed speed and speeds you can get up to... 73mbps constant... A few niggles with my first router but a call to them.. Based in Scotland no less... They were on the case.. Adjusted settings pushed a firmware not yet out didn't fix it so the sent me a new router which was up and running in 10 mins. Coming from sky which was poor and slow.. It's amazing.. Something to do with them not sharing bts data lines and having 2 of there own.. Keep up the good work Vodafone. |

I have had this opportunity to speak to this gentleman who is currently in South Africa (Cape Town), his name is Anthony Ford, this guy has been an absolute life saver to assist me with few problems that I have had recently, since the problem was not looking to get resolved within a day, he actually called me back the following day as he promised to resolve my query, I strongly recommend every network to actually consider taking someone as Anthony to be hired in their team in order to have satisfied customers! |

I have had various ISPs and Vodafone has been decent (a couple of minutes-long outages) but down-stream bandwidth are consistently above 20Mbps (mostly 40Mbps) which is good enough for my IPsec, streaming and kids' usage. Had experienced loads of other ISPs for myself and supporting colleagues' home internet during lockdown, so far Vodafone (decent), BT (mostly decent), Zen (good), Sky (ok-ish), Now (meh-ok), Virgin (where's the rest of 480Mb?) and Origin (god no). |

Joined Voda Fibre from Sky on the 38mbps. Router arrived ontime, plugged in and started working immediately on the said day with constant 38mbps when tested. For the price, no complaints from me, works perfect, never dropped in 4 weeks so far and no line rental costs !! |

I have had Vodafone Broadband for over nearly two weeks now, and I can only say it is great. I switched from BT Infinity which i've had for a number of years since it was first released. |

Over the years I've had a lot of experience in trying out a number of different Broadband packages and each time have been terribly disappointed, until now. Our area suffers from having old style BT line connections with a great deal of inertia on the part of BT to change things unless of course you happen to be buying their service for much greater than the average market price. |

I switched yesterday. It went smoothly, absolutely no problems at all. As for the speed, I have gone for the lowest fibre option. Last night I streamed a film via Amazon prime and had no issues. I obviously can't comment on reliability yet, but so far I have the same service as my BT fibre for almost half the price. |

Very happy with everything that Vodafone are providing in terms of their home broadband. The service, speed, cost, set-up, information they send are all first class. Have recommended the service to my friends as I believe it's great value. |

Wow I can't believe some of the reviews set up Internet and a fantastic and extremely low cost deal and I'm getting fast speeds then I got with Virgin media and sky this broadband makes the others look like amateurs, I know it's new but all the teething problems seem to have gone now straight online no drop in connections extremely fast and by fast I mean lightning the fact they are the only internet provider in the uk that gives you two ports so if the exchange goes down they can change your ports I have taken this because a few family members have it and it really is awesomeness absolute awesomeness if you want it for even cheaper ring the cancellations department and they offer it free for 12 months so let me repeat free broadband for 12 months wow I know right any way guys get on it!!! |

I often feel that people will only review when there is a problem and therefore, reviews are generally biased towards the negative. I saw an offer from Vodafone offering fibre broadband for £20 a month with 24/7 calls, which I could add and takeaway at my leisure, for £8. My then existing supplier, Talk Talk, could not match that. They got a little closer after I had already given them notice to quit, which is really quite ludicrous. So Vodafone was my choice. Throughout the process, Vodafone kept me informed of my "going live" date. When I called them about the delivery of my router, I was assured that it would be delivered on time. Sure enough, within a day of that call, I had my new router. On the day of the switch over, I was out but plugged in my new router the night before, so it would be ready. As it turned out, my day was long and I didn't get back until the early hours of the next day. Naturally, I checked my broadband. All appeared well, two solid green lights were on the router but at first, I couldn't get my laptop connected via wifi. I merely powered the router on and off and restarted my laptop and there is was. A download speed of nearly 38 mbps and an upload speed of nearly 9. Bearing in mind that was the speed I requested, it all looked pretty darn good to me. The wifi signal appears very good, no problems at all in all rooms in my house and at this stage, everything appears solid enough. The router itself is very neat and modern looking and I was told how to get inside the router to change the wireless name and password, which I will do later today. Vodafone were able to port my telephone number without any issues, although I was on BT Openreach lines in the first place, so that made it easier. I felt the whole switchover process was handled perfectly, the communication with Vodafone was excellent and although very early days, I can only say that I am delighted with it all. My non fibre speed with Talk Talk was always around 6 mbps download and around .80 upload, so the speed I have now is equivalent to a snake! For my needs, the 38 mpbs service was perfectly adequate. Regards the price, well in real terms I am getting this cheaper than I would have done with Talk Talk. Talk Talk were trying to retain me my giving me half price calls but when I asked what would happen if I were away for a month or so and dropped the calls part of the package and then re-instated them, they told me they would go back at the full price, so that would bring the price of fibre and calls to £33.50 and they would not budge from that. With Vodafone, I am paying £28, with the assurance that if I took calls away from time to time, they would be reinstated at the same price £8. What I have also been impressed with from Vodafone, it their no nonsense approach to pricing without all these ridiculous add ons that competitors try to sell you, for example tv etc. I don't require any of that. Vodafone's pricing and contract arrangements were clear and concise. I would highly recommend. |

My wife and I have just moved into our first home and the first thing I wanted to get up and running was the internet as I know this is usually what takes the longest. |

Tried so many providers and Vodafone have never let me down. Never buffers as I stream a lot, no line rental and never been overcharged. I am on the lower option with many devices and never had a problem. 5* from me. Been with them 18 months now and will remain with them. Use many devices and never been overcharged. |

I have Vodafone Broadband for over 4 Months now, and i got to say it is by far the best Internet connection I have had in the last 15 years. I have been with Virgin, Sky, BT. they all give you slow connection to what they initially promise you. However, with Vodafone Broadband i am pleased that i made this chose. the internet during this 4 months i did not get disconnected once, and my speed has been solid between 60-79mbps which what has been promised By Vodafone. |

Wow, this is an excellent service, been with bt, talktalk, Ee, sky but this is by far the best, as a customer I took the fast broadband, I get 45 mb as was said and WiFi connects at 42 mb all around the house, Vodafone have finally got something right |

Download Vodafone broadband app for phone, go WiFi section, and change your channel to one no other person is using. That's where all the problems lie, all broadband companies are using the same channel numbers which causes interference. |

I read some very poor reviews of Vodafone broadband. Despite this, I took a chance for a few reasons. Firstly, they're £30 per month cheaper than BT. Secondly, I've had excellent service from them for my mobile phone accounts. And thirdly, they have a minimum speed guarantee or money back. Also, I was going on the belief that if the line was fast and reliable with BT (it was), it'd be a good foundation for Vodafone to work on. I have absolutely no idea if there's any technical merit in this belief, but I went with it anyway! My go-live date was 02-05-2018. No service by midnight, so I contacted them the next morning. They stated that BT/Openreach hadn't done what they were supposed to at their end. They said they'd look into it and get back to me. They apologised and credited my phone and my partner's phone with 50Gb of data each by way of apology and to see us through. Soon after, I received an email from BT that confirmed what Vodafone had told me. The service kicked in the next day. First day speed, 20Mbps. Next day, up to 32. Currently sitting at 46. I've paid for 76, guaranteed 55, and it seems to be gradually climbing in that direction. Their hub looks great, has good coverage in my 3 bedroom bungalow (performs better than BT hub in a blackspot in master bedroom) and I have not experienced any drop in service thus far. I have 4 firesticks, 4 echo dots, 2 smartphones, 2 tablets, 2 games consoles and 3 smart home devices connected to the hub. Six or seven of these devices could be operating simultaneously, and I have had no issues. So, one week in and I'm very happy. I know it's early days, but so far, so good. And I also have to say that I've always had very good customer service from Vodafone, and this time was no different. It appears that they are making a genuine attempt to mend their reputation in this regard, although as stated, I've never had a bad experience. |

So far I have had no issues with Vodafone since switching from PlusNet (Who started charging £40pm for a below-average service). Vodafone genuinely seems quicker to me (Perhaps their router is better?) and I haven't had any internet dropouts (Of which mini ones were a constant pain with Plusnet). The added bonus with Vodafone is that their customer service so far has been great (Despite Covid) and I'm paying much less. Top marks and as long as this continues then I won't be looking anywhere else. I would highly recommend! |

Moved to Vodafone 2 weeks ago, on my Go-Live Day i couldn't connect to the Internet , carried out all the checks that i could but nothing ! Rang Vodafone Customer Services and got straight through to a very helpful lady who went through the fault finding process / changed a setting and online within about 15 minutes of calling (I had a similar issue when moving to Talk-Talk years ago).Download speed has been consistent at 73 - 74Mb/s and upload at 19-20Mb/s ,good Wifi signal,4/5 people using multiple devices is fine and all problem free to date, very satisfied ! |

I am on a 78mbps Unlimited Fibre connection since mid of August 2017. I am quite satisfied with Vodafone. The minimum guaranteed download speed for my location is 55.86Mbps, and I have checked actual speed throughout the last week and the speed is consistently coming between 55 to 56 mbps (speedtest.net was used for checking speed). Upload speed is between 17 to 19 mbps. Earlier I was facing problem with Wifi and I contacted Vodafone regarding this at 9 PM, and my problem was quite competently solved by a customer service agent (Amit). The problem was in my computer itself. I wasn't expecting to get in contact with an agent so late at night, let alone getting my problem solved, but I was pleasantly surprised that Vodafone's 24/7 customer service actually works! |

Having read reviews on here, it was with some trepidation I decided to swap from BT Infinity to Vodafone. That said I think all the broadband providers, including BT, have just as bad reviews. |

So far so good everything was on time never had a day without internet. Everything went as they said we have to firesticks 2 Xbox consoles a PS4 2 tablets a laptop and 4 phones connect and it's never dropped a bit. Very happy so far and it's faster speed than I got told it was only Surpose to be 27-38meg but I get all least 40meg speed so it's a thumbs up for me glad I changed from sky |

Vodafone processed my order incorrectly by installing a brand new line for broadband instead of taking over the working line of BT. So I end up having two landline numbers and two broadband package. What is worse is that they did not send any confirmation of service after the installation because they have got my email wrong so I did not realise this until BT chase me for payment. Very poor customer service and very annoying indeed! I spent the whole Good Friday morning dealing with this mess that is created by Vodafone and they denied it all the way and refuse to compensate. |

Impossible to say how satisfied I am. After 18 months with "Bungeling" PlusNet and a year of unsatisfactory phone calls to India with BT, I changed and am getting a reliable 30megs. Fantastic |

I chose Vodafone because they were the cheapest provider and also as I thought they are a big well known brand they should be OK. When I first got connected there were some teething issues with the speed up and down but after maybe a week it was fine u get about 70mbit via wired, wireless is lower maybe 35-50 depending if I go from 2.4ghz to 5ghz. I wish it was a bit faster on wireless so I think I will get my own router configured as I have heard the router is the issue with wireless speeds. Can't complain really all streaming etc works without buffering. |

I was a bit dubious about moving to Vodafone Broadband as there seemed to be so many bad reviews of their service, but I have to say that the company has exceeded my expectations in every way. The changeover was handled quickly and efficiently, I was kept informed during the process, and the service was activated on schedule. The initial speed was very slow, but when I raised this with Vodafone they organised for an engineer to visit within less than 24 hours. He found a problem with the wiring in the main socket in the house and sorted it out at no charge. My current download speed of 40 Mb/s is even faster than Vodafone's claim of 38 Mb/s. This compares with the 36 Mb/s I was getting on a service rated at 76 Mb/s from my old provider, who definitely didn't do me proud. I'm a happy customer. Well done, Vodafone! |

Have recently switched to Vodaphone from Virgin because of cost. Vodaphone is not as fast as Virgin, but more than fast enough for my needs. The customer service is excellent (not put on hold for 30 mins and staff very helpful). Engineers come when they say and service (after initial teething) has been reliable. |

Having changed from sky due to poor service and high prices, we now have internet for £20 per month with 38 Mbps download from Vodafone. Today a BT engineer turned up because of a fault detected by Vodafone, all fixed and complete thanks to Vodafone that sky had not detected For 10 years. This was due to being wired wrongly not a fault. We now have 40 Mbps Internet and it is brilliant. You can't ask for better service than that. |
