    My first experience with Vodafone and its been my worst experience with any company in my life. 4 weeks later i still dont hav broadband . customer service does pick up phones fast but their powers are essentially useless. This company is bordeline scam. I know all the paper answers of the customer service team by now as ive been on the line with then several times a day over the last 4 weeks. Apparently they dont even have records of that. They are utterly useless mostly.

    Overall the broadband is ok but I’ve had problems connecting certain devices. My epson printer would not connect but was fine with regular Vodafone so I had to buy a new printer. My Amazon max firestick wouldn’t connect either so had to return and purchase a regular firestick. Once my contract ends I will be changing as there is obviously something not right if certain devices won’t connect even with help from Vodafone Technical.

    I chose Vodafone when moving into a new property.

    Wi-fi hub was delivered on time, and activation went ahead as scheduled with no issues.

    So far, after around 3 weeks, I've had no issues, speed is on par with predicted speeds, signal is strong all over the house and no drop outs.

    I haven't had a need to contact customer service so can't comment on their effectiveness, but I've been a customer of their mobile service for years and they have always been helpful

    Terrible swapped broadband from Virgin after 1 week the service went down now been with out internet or phone for 4 days making complaints and getting nowhere. Customer service is non existent. When you do get through they cannot be bothered to help

    Total piece of garbage, internet keeps blacking out, sometimes it has 20 minute intervals of "internet, no internet", customer service takes 40 minutes to pick up the phone, and it won't even help. Never even think about purchasing from them...

    5GHz works but 2.4GHz only works if I am right next to the router and 2 of my devices are not compatible with 5G network. After many, many web chats, and timely phone calls, Openreach engineer call out (first one missed) many calls to tech team 2 and call backs from other people trying to fob me off with a booster. I finally got them to send a replacement router - this was like getting blood out of a stone. They just send you around in circles until the 14 days is up. If the new router still doesn't work then I will be contacting Ofcom.

    Had BT broadband for years but the internet package crept up over the years from £25 to £65 which is a ridiculous price.
    I chose Vodafone broadband as it seemed the best deal for me. I’ve had it running for a fortnight now and never lost a connection and the speed is on par with BT. I live in a very rural area so was quite worried about the speed but really nothing to worry about. What’s more my neighbour who can’t afford broadband is connected to mine and she can get a connection anywhere in her property so the router also has a really good signal… no booster needed.
    So far it’s been excellent but I guess time will tell.

    Vodafone making business saying lies to customer. Cant manage the transfer of my service to new home, ruined all Xmas holidays without internet. Even on intimating month before my move, promised initially 17Dec, 20Dec, 23Dec and finally 29Dec with messages on confirmation of engineer turningup for activation and with misguiding and making us to sit at home waiting for engineer and end day no one will turnup.. Even on the day, when I called they confirm engineer is conming, at one point even escalated to their manager and he surely confirmed me 29Dec2021 was booked and ended up same routine. They do business with all lies and misguiding the customers and ultimately I have choosen to cancel my account. Never again to Vodafone..Dont have words to describe there worst service running with lies..Wasted all my prsonal time and holidays..I will not leave with it, I will sue these guys with all the false promised evidence information and recordings I have..

    I agreed to upgrade to full fibre bt came out to on the 2nd or December but could not get the cable down so I've had no phone line or broadband for a month called Vodafone on numerous of time with the same answer we are trying to get this resolved but then have the cheek to charge me for something I don't have but they say it is with it been activate on there side they are just a joke of a company

    Can't wait till February when we can move to a better provider. WiFi on Kindles has been appalling, having to resort to main wired computer. Advertise average download speed of 63Mbps, (minimum speed should be 40Mbps), suffice to say we do not even reach the minimum - our speed is in th very low 30's, with only 1 computer on OR 1 Kindle. Constantly drops out and we are very low users. Sometimes wifi off for days. Service call has been able to rectify speeds/connection to wifi but it doesn't last. Get tired of rebooting modem. Think very carefully if you're thinking of moving to Vodaphone!

    Total joke of a company & never again will i go back to Vodafone. My internet was very very slow. So started speed testing and i was only getting around 16g all the time. I am paying for fast fibre. My speed should be Max – 44g Min 30g and what i did not see when joining them on their web site but it does say on my paper contract theres a Min guaranteed speed of 23g. So contacted them by chat line and they said my speed was at 44g & to test using www.speedtest.net which is what i was using anyway. I then had to phone a engineer who first i could hardly understand and he said i was getting 44g. Then after i started carrying on with him. Hi said look your min guaranteed speed is 23g and that’s what your getting. `Yet he had just told me 44g` I said will i am only getting around 16g and he said that’s good and all you will get. Then put the phone down on me. I then what down to my mates house who is on Vodafone to test his and his speed should be 66g. But all he was getting was speeds around 25g and its been the same in the 4 times i have been down. I am paying for fast fibre and getting standard speeds, So you can clearly see what there are doing. Offering fast speeds at the lowest prices and supplying you with the min guaranteed speeds. Same as talktalk did years ago. Shocking & disgusting. Go with them if you dare.

    Very poor service. I paid extra for the 4g backup when the broadband is not available, surprise surprise that doesn’t work. Takes hours to get through to them go somewhere else don’t go to Vodafone.

    This is the most unreliable broadband I've ever used. And it is near impossible to reach their customer service, I was in a queue for 5 hours, only to be randomly cut off.

    Awful. switched from Sky and the broadband Superfast 2 is awful. kept dropping out.Wifi terrible even with extender and speeds are not what they claim at all. Never had any trouble with Sky previously. Asked to be released from contract for breach as they aren't providing what they claim but of course they claim speeds are ok, doesn't drop out, oh and they can't predict any drop in wifi. Avoid at all costs.

    One of the worst experiences with getting broadband I have ever had. Router was delayed by 4 days, and they were unable to provide any insight as to when I could potentially expect it. I also realised that they had recorded the wrong address to deliver the router. After contacting them to correct the address over a week before the scheduled delivery day, it was still delivered to the wrong address which resulted in an additional delay. Getting through to them takes almost an hour, and once I am speaking to customer service, their connection is very bad and choppy. Terrible provider and ended up going with Hyperoptic instead

    Constantly dropping since I moved to this area, they told me I need a new router which may help, but only if I sign up for 18 months.... a VERY long contract for something that "may" help. Tried to cancel today and they refused flat out to let me as I failed security. Told me if I cancel my DD they'll put me into bad credit. I'm not trying to access any financial details, just to stop paying for inadequate service. Bunch of jokers. I now have to load ID into their system to prove who I am so I can cancel... means at least 48 hours more stuck with them.... I wonder why the system is so impossible - there's only one beneficiary here!

    Not even connected so whole thing cancelled. It is a disgusting service as absolutley impossible to speak to anyone in the uk and no connection sorted as promised so without internet now and without a land line . A complete utter disrgrace!!

    Just tried ringing Vodaphone on their 0333 number. Was holding for 27 minutes listening to recoded messages & music before actually speaking to anyone. Then, when I did speak to Customer Service I just could not understand her! I gave up in the end.

    I wouldn't bother joining these, obvious we get times we need to reset the router but this router just takes the living piss, the internet cuts off every time you reset it were it takes you hours to get it up and running doing daft things having to hold the reset button in whilst powering it on, I'm cancelling my service in January Vodafone will not be getting no more custom from me. Never found it so bloody difficult resetting this stupid backwards router. I'd rather go unlimited data on my SIM than there crap broadband

    Having been with Vodafone for almost 4 years we took up their great offer to upgrade to full fibre. What a mistake! Order failed on two occasions due to their mistakes. On their third attempt, they booked our engineer in, but when he attended he couldn't get us up and running as he was not a multi skilled engineer. Two day later another engineer arrives (unannounced), and finishes off the install, telling us you're all good to go. Ten minutes later, our line and internet disappears. This was one week ago. Since then, hours on the phone and on chat, promises of resolutions in hrs, the 24hrs, then 48hrs, but nothing. Impossible to speak to a resolution team, and they won't even offer mobile broadband whilst we're without any connection. Word of advise - this lot may offer very cheap deals, but you unfortunately get what you pay for - AVOID

    Absolutely happy with my vodafone broadband. Speeds are good and although my plan ended a few months ago I still only pay the incentive price (it's not gone up in the almost 2 years since I used them).
    Internet used to cut out every now and again at the beginning of the pandemic but customer service was very helpful and kind and reduced the amount I had to pay due to the network cutouts until it was working better again.
    We often have strong winds in Bristol but internet is mainly reliable.
    I definitely recommend them.

    Never managed to get signed up. Only wanted broadband and not the rest of Vodafone's added on package. Went through the whole process and I was informed that I did not pass the Credit checks? (which were perfectly fine). They were offering a really good cashback deal at the time and I feel they were avoiding my custom so that they could avoid the cashback.Went else where.

    Internet will regularly drop out, most days, often multiple times. It returns quickly but the repetition is beyond irritating and would make it unusable for anyone working from home.

    I never even got going. Signed up for broadband with plenty of time to switch from Plusnet without dropping connection. They never sent me a router. Had to reapply. Two week wait for activation. They didn’t activate it. Called every day for a week to be told “we had to resolve a fault on the line, it will be active by midnight”. Got bored of hearing that and have applied for BT but will now be a whole month without wifi AND will have to pay to return the router. Thanks for wasting my time and making working from home completely impossible.

    An absolute joke of a company. Would not recommend at all. Do your research before getting bound into a 24 month contract. Signed up to Broad band superfast 2 (63mbps max) and their website after assessing my postcode gave me an estimated best speed of 43mbps. No where near that, I get 22mbps. I've cancelled two of my mobile contracts with them and can't wait to get this joke of a contract to be over. Customer services have no clue what they are talking about. When anyone raises concern over speed when they first sign up, they want you to run a diagnostic to go past the 14 days cooling off period.
    VERDICT:STAY AWAY!!!!!!

    Unable to access certain websites. Despite online support from Vodafone technical support, this matter could not be resolved. Tried switching off all content control and this still didn't work. Decided to switch providers within the 14 days from account opening to another provider and this has resolved my issue, websites can now be accessed.

    Diabolical speeds 22mbs BELOW the contracted 35mbs average speed. Streaming in the evenings rubbish, can't ever watch a film.

    Thee worse company! Hadn't even had my broadband activated and had all sorts of problems.
    Took over 4 weeks for them to try get my broadband in and if I hadn't of cancelled god knows how much longer they would have been, to much messing about with them!

    Worst consumer experience I have ever had.. Vodafone wi fi is rubbish without using wi fi extender. Vodafone now blocked my exstender from working via router update to get me to upgrade to Pro package that has there own WiFi exstender.. This is just wrong that Vodafone can get away with this. Complaints will not do anything about this... They all have different views on this and basically say nothing they will do or even try you will just be passed around from one person to another . Upgrade or no wi fi...(BE WARNED) 6weeks and over 30 hours on the phone to Vodafone... If you want good advice I would take it from someone that has had experience with them., AVOID AT ALL COSTS,,,

    Got vodafone as my contract ran out with previous company, it was OK at first up to 30mbs a couple of months later it went down to 5mbs, rang Vodafone they sent an engineer he said it was my router, when I rang Vodafone to see when my new router would arrive they said they would send an engineer who said I need a new router, for some reason Vodafone carnt accept I need a new router,
    The customer service is non exsisant, stay away do not use , I carnt leave because Vodafone haven't signed up to to ofgems code if your WiFi is slow . But there's a new kid on the block BRSK whos wifi is faster as soon as I can I going with them carnt wait

    swapped to vodafone seemed a good deal, they created an account but unable to access it, eventually after 1 hr wait on phone to customer service sorted it. Unable to get speed as promised only 20mbs. Customer service a total joke, unable to understand advisor.
    Left after 10days. An utter shambles for broadband.

    Absolutely shocking company. Managed to mess up my broadband order due to "technical issues", and after asking me to place another order it developed the same "technical issues". Needless to say, I cancelled my "order" right there and proceeded to go with another provider. Their customer service is inept to say the least and I would strongly recommend that, if you're currently considering going with Vodafone, you think again!!

    I work from home, decided to change from sky to vodaphone...big mistake. Only get decent internet in the kitchen, anywhere else it is terrible, I need to be on video chat for work, this constantly fails. If two people try to be on the internet, then got no chance.

    Rang customer service and all they said was to buy a WiFi booster and that they couldn't help me any other way
