Complete disaster. Coverage is spotty and inconsistent. Doing well if we get 100-300 Kbps. For €60 a month you'd expect a bit more. Usually now we just tether off our tesco mobile which is much better. What really irritates me is that it's completely impossible to speak to a rep or anyone at Vodafone about it. For that kind of money you'd at least expect to be able to express your frustration. But they'd rather everyone just left their poor reviews here I guess. |

I needed a data roaming option that covered me in Singapore, Australia and the USA for 2 months. After researching the best options and then going into my local Vodafone store for advice, the Mifi mobile hot-spot device and Global Roaming Plus 5 GB of data sim card seemed like the best choice. |

Thought I got a good deal with Vodahone mobile broadband hub-Mifi. Advertised speeds of up to 150mbs. Took it to various places inside and outside - Nowhere near that - Best I ever got was 35 outside. |

It is the worst customer service I have ever received for anything. They lie, break consumer law, keep you on hold endlessly and have no clue how to resolve the problem. I signed up for 30GB/month data only , 1 year contract for mobile broadband with Vodafone . This was to use mainly abroad at our holiday home in continental Europe plus on other holidays. Unfortunately I soon realized that I was getting less than the half of the data amount I was paying for. I understand that all other operators (O2, Three etc) clearly state that you can only use a proportion of you data allowance in EU mainland... Vodafone kept saying that they were allowing me to use whole 30GB abroad which was not true . The data were disappearing from my monthly allowance even if we were not switching the mifi device on... Anyway I kept paying for this substandard service for the whole year and stopped my DD as soon as the contract expired. Called them 2 weeks later and was told tha they will still charge me for the whole month after the contact finished as I was supposed to give them 30 days notice. Their T&C clearly state that you can cancel the contract " without termination fee if the service is poor for unreasonable amount of time " Well, the service was "poor" for the whole year... and the contract has ended up already but they still want more money!. STAY AWAY |

I've had no end of problems, promises that engineers would come out, but the service doesn't improve, ridiculously long call wait timed. I've now had zero broadband for 36 hrs and have been waiting on the phone to speak to someone for 30 mins. Customer service staff are always polite & helpful, but the problem is the infrastructure. It's costing me money in call minutes and data to my mobild provider, I am extremely unhappy, I would not use Vodafone for ANYTHING ever again. |

Replaced TalkTalk with Vodafone for cost reasons - Vodafone cheaper.Do not make the same mistake! After only 2 weeks of this, frankly unacceptable quality service I shall be terminating the contract the Vodafone (possible in first 30 days). |

Avoid like the plague, no where near the speed advertised. hours of wasted time on the support chat and over an hour on hold on the phone support. Engineer visit scheduled but no one showed. got told they had missed me but I work from home and hadn't left the house at all that day. |

I am so fed up with speaking to family and friends and having to wander about the house and garden to get a reception. It has got better because we used to have to run to the bottom of the garden for good reception, sometimes in the poring rain, not good. |

Revolting, not only do they sell you a product that dosnt work when they claim it does the customer service is disgusting. We’ve not had one week we’re the internet has worked to a standard we were told. It cuts out, drops out every bloody day and you have to reconnect. When you ask for help you don’t get it! |

Absolutely poor, the customer service was frankly some of the worste I've ever experienced. We had a direct set up which forever reason wasn't coming and we did not notice untill three months down the line, baring in mind we had not email phone call letter to say this was haplening. We rang them up to sort it out and were told it had been passed onto a debt agency we argued our case paid our bill and were then told were going to have to send you a new box! This mean waiting another month untill we can use it again with no compensation and to top it off we were laughed at down the ohone, this company is a joke to be honest with waiting till our times up and cancelling asap. Piss ******* poor |

The worst broadband company I've ever dealt with. Don't be persuaded by the low prices. Took over 2 weeks of no braodband until it was up and running. Constant drop outs. Speed should have been 78mb - I was consistently receiving speeds of 76mb with EE. I'm lucky if it doesn't drop out every hour but am achieving speed of less than 25mb at all times - much slower at peak times. I've made 3 official complaints to them starting on 6th June - each time they tell me tech team will contact me within 72 hours but still waiting and it's 9th July. No apologies forthcoming and no offers of discounts. I'm waiting till my 8 weeks are up and contacting the ombudsman. |

Whole time best scammers. Please dont go for this. They are not providing the complete data in the pack. Always facing technical issue which their team is not able to resolve. So looked at various broadband offers after Xmas, thought I'd move from DSL to fibre for less than I'm paying PlusNet. Place order, go away on business find shiny new router to install, check PlusNet router, still working and active to Internet..Install router no service. Vodafone decided to cancel the order on the 3rd of March and not bother to contact me via the 2 numbers and 1 email address available to them. Just got off the phone to a nice lady but decided to not process the order as 'that offer is no longer available', she didn't even know the service costs. Now waiting for a returns bag for shiny router to send back for next victim. Can't complain about the service, I didn't get any. |

Worst customer service ever.They sent me a phone that does not work properly, the cable provided was dodgy as well. Spoke to the 'team' and their 'manager' in Egypt who has totally no empathy. No idea of what customer service is and all they do is talk over you and tell you what THEIR process is. I have to take the time to go to the store where they will send my phone off for approx 2 weeks and they will provide a loan phone. LMAO at their loan phone because 2 years ago I had the same issue with my Iphone 6s plus. The 'loaner' was an old smelly, dingy phone that had no functionalities except being able to make phone calls and receive which affected my day to day activities. When the phone came back it was still not fixed! I then had to make an appointment with the Apple store in Kingston who took one look at the phone and replaced it straight away! I hate vodafone. They are a horrible company. Stay away. Unfortunately I have just renewed my contract again because they are good at luring you in with good deals at first. But I assure you this will be the last time that I will be renewing my contract. Each time I upgrade, change my contract or need to have something done by Vodafone I have to get angry, annoyed and frustrated. They even had the guts to call me a liar once! The call was then listed to and they called back to apologize! |

Setting up the account didn't work first time, they then sent three routers so the internet wouldn't work until they sync the correct router serial number. Customer service is awful. Have had to reset account every time I try to log in. Now log in doesn't work if you use Safari (Apple) browser |

Changed to VD Fibre 76 from BT Infinity 2 in order to save 60% on the price. Excellent communication prior to the change with plenty of explanation. Router arrived a couple of days before activation allowing me to set it up. VD was up and running 10 minutes after connecting the router and has provided solid connection at the same speed as BT. Absolutely no complaints and I'm enjoying the financial savings! |

Internet is slow and unreliable. I hardly ever leave reviews for anything, but this service is utterly terrible. My immediate neighbour gets 5X the broadband speed, and I'm paying for "unlimited fibre"?!! Customer service was helpful once when the service wasn't working at all, they gave all the VF mobile phones in the house unlimited mobile data for a month - which kept my 3 children happy over Christmas. I'll still be switching to another provider the second the contract runs out. |

Don’t touch Vodafone. Broadband is extremely slow!!! Downolad speed 0.54KB !! constantly drops out and you have to reboot the hub at least six times a day. Customer service is no existent. Phone them and the wait time is over two hours. Staff are rude over social media. |

Awful!! Wi-fi is pointless as it just drops out when I’m using it so have to rely on my mobile data. Clearly a problem somewhere but all I got from customer services was “we don’t gaurentee wi-fi speed. Speed isn’t an issue, it’s just the constant dropping out even if stood next to the router |

From the day I got broadband with Vodafone the service signal and reliability has been terrible. I have stuck with it for several months and finally decided to switch. After several calls they are still insisting on charging me an early cancellation charge which I find completely unbelievable. Such shockingly bad customer service it's unreal. What ever you do don't use vodafone!!! |
