I have been with Macace for just over a year and after being with BT previoulsy, macace are a breath of fresh air. Their support is brilliant especially compared to BT as I am a mac user. Okay I pay about £4 more per month than I would with BT, but I think its worth it as their call centre is in the UK on a local number and I can always get through. I always found support with BT to be very frustrating.

You'll find lots of such services much cheaper - and you'll waste at least some of your time, every so often, on hold waiting for somebody to pick up the phone, waiting for service to come back up ... you've probably been there already. What I continue to prefer to pay for, with this company, is a quality of service and an immediacy of response if and when something somewhere does happen to go wrong.

Low speed (7 meg) is no fault of our ISP: we are stuck with a copper line and stuttering video. What I want to say about MacAce is our service is much more reliable than we had from Virgin. No more daily rebooting of our router! MacAce do seem to understand Apple better.

Macace are really good just went live with them bit expensive but I want reliable connection and customer service are polite and they get back to you within no time
