It worked well for the 1st 2wks but it cut off service. Spoke to Alex who promised it would be fixed at the box (where allegedly the fault is) and obviously that was a lie. Spoke to someone else about closing my account and he was super rude.
So, all in all, very dissatisfied soon to be ex customer. I'd avoid them.

A tin can and a length of string, that's basically what your paying for if you go with this so called broadband provider. Was told that their service would have a minimum speed of 49mbps, however running speed tests at various times of the day more often than not the speeds are way below this so much for the 55-76mbps that I'm paying for. Have had these as my ISP for about 5 weeks and pretty much everyday I have had some sort of issue with the service from speeds slower than they should be to the connection randomly cutting off. And yet the so called customer service team can do nothing other than blame you the customer for their issues because and I quote ''everything is fine on our end'' and yet I can't connect either via WiFi or an ethernet connection. Up to this point after me telling them the constant problems, not to mention that I'm currently on router number 3 and still having problems but theirs nothing wrong with their stuff and it's my equipment such as my computers, tablets and so on that have suddenly developed the same fault both wired and wireless. Also if for some mad idea you decide to go to this provider make sure you check your direct debit as I've had one set up by these for a fortnightly amount of £22.50, and I would hazard a guess that majority of you reading this would have seen their adverts quoting this price not £45.
    So just so summerise,

Avoid at all cost!! I joined 13/6/23, the connection was non existent, arranged to move providers 19/6/23, moved 3/7/23, cancelled DD. 1/8/23 they've taken £102 from my bank & are still charging me. Their CS lines are continuously busy & disconnects you. Their "executive" email address bounces you back to their online login which I don't have access to because my account is inactive! I've raised a dispute with my bank, Ofcom have advised to contact the Communication Ombudsman.
