Absolutely abysmal. Post Office Broadband are actually directly dishonest with you. They tell you there are no limitations. Yet when i tried to use Morpheus and other streaming services - they would not allow me to use it. Um - thatis MY chouce to make. NOT THEIRS!
Secondly, when using my Firestick (i only have this and two mobile phones) and stream my favourite shows/films there - PO Broadband deliberately strangle your wifi, repeatedly interrupting your viewing, slowing it right down and causing problems with buffering, ie: no buffering at all, even if you leave it for 5 minutes.
They are sneaky, dishonest and underhanded. The internet speed also mysteriously slows right down, if you are late paying your bill.
No company should have the power to do this. This infringes on consumers' personal greedom of choice and it's disgusting.
But many companies do do this, lying to consumers that they have no control, which is utter horsefeathers.
I am in the process of reporting this to Ofcom and to Watchdog. Others should do the same.
Post Office is as bad as EE!

Worst broadband we have ever had. Customer service is terrible. No interest in trying to address issues. Does not achieve anywhere close to average speed we signed up to. They get around it by claiming the speed will be achieved if you attach device you are using to router with an ethernet cable. Totally impractical with young children. It is so bad we just rely on mobile data. Avoid post office internet at all costs!!!! TERRIBLE!

Best broadband provider and service ever! Stay well clear! It is unreliable, inconsistent and slow. On the website they specified a 4-8/Mbps download speed for our package: it hardly ever even reaches the 4/Mbps level! Sometimes, for many consecutive days it stays well under 3/Mbps. The worst part is that the connection keeps dropping out EVERY SINGLE DAY, at least 3 times a day! When I contacted them about these issues, it took them a week to respond and even then it was an automated email, saying that I should try to restart my router and sit closer to it! Like I have not tried that before a thousand times...Both their broadband and customer service is absolutely horrible, I can't wait for my contract to end and switch to another provider! Under no circumstances give your money to this company, please!

WORST WIFI EVER. Never works. Can not stream a single episode without consistent buffering. It drops out atleast 5 times a day. Never works in the evening. Often not even enough to send an email. We have rung post office countless times and they always just say it seems to be working fine to them and there is nothing they can do. Counting down till we can change provider. Avoid this wifi. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give this broadband no stars I would. Definitely the worst WiFi ever. Unreliable is definitely the only way to describe it. We have had problems for months. And when we try to get it sorted the customer service team tell us sorry but that's about it. We loose WiFi every night between 8-10 and are told that that's because it's a peak time, but that shouldn't matter, oh and they are also bumping the price up to 37.99 which is a joke, we got this service because it was a bit cheaper and meant to be reliable but it is a joke of a service. If you connect too many devices (more than two) the whole thing shuts down. Do not use this service you will be ripped off

Worst broadband ever. Disconnects randomly at least 5 times a day. Been a nightmare whilst trying to work from home. Complained to customer service who claimed there was no fault. Bizarrely then started to improve and only disconnecting 2-3 x day, before we informed them that we were not renewing when the contract was up, for it to be worse than ever. Been a nightmare for a year. Absolutely avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid!

This broadband must the most ******** broadband in the whole world. Don’t waste your time even thinking of getting PO broadband. I rather use my phone data than use the PO internet. It is a waste of money and time.
