I've had no end of problems, promises that engineers would come out, but the service doesn't improve, ridiculously long call wait timed. I've now had zero broadband for 36 hrs and have been waiting on the phone to speak to someone for 30 mins. Customer service staff are always polite & helpful, but the problem is the infrastructure. It's costing me money in call minutes and data to my mobild provider, I am extremely unhappy, I would not use Vodafone for ANYTHING ever again.

Replaced TalkTalk with Vodafone for cost reasons - Vodafone cheaper.Do not make the same mistake! After only 2 weeks of this, frankly unacceptable quality service I shall be terminating the contract the Vodafone (possible in first 30 days).
Never having thought about speeds etc, before because everything worked fine with TalkTalk, it became immediately apparent that the Vodafone Wifi is hopelessly inadequate. Very variable service with varying speeds and drop out the norm. Smart TV - should I really wait 2 minutes for a connection to Netflix? Too much bufferring. Customer services polite and tried to be helpful but have not fixed the issue.

Guaranteed speed is nonsense. And there is no mechanism to claim the guaranteed 15% discount for not meeting expected speeds.
Switched from EE home broadband to Vodafone home broadband. Access to the usual sites Netflix, amazon, Facebook, YouTube all were terribly slow. Support is impossible to get a hold of. The chat online just sits on "loading". From a Vodafone home phone they charge for calling support and never answer.
As we have Vodafone 4g on mobile we switched to chewing up mobile data. Yes the mobile data rates were faster and more reliable than home broadband.
They had actually limited the home speed to 15mb but guaranteed 25mb.
Went through months (yes months) of support. Changed wifi channels (irrelevant). Changes to the google DNS again irrelevant. They promised to send an engineer out to remove the limit within 48hrs. 2wks later still waiting for the engineer and the line limit to be lifted.
Did I mention there is no way to claim for the 15% discount. It is not in any Vodafone App and the techinical support state they can't authorise discounts.
And the support has more rigorous security than any banking app I have used. If I contact via the app then they should have the account details. And if they are going to reset the router then they should call the house phone. Complete incompetence.

Avoid like the plague, no where near the speed advertised. hours of wasted time on the support chat and over an hour on hold on the phone support. Engineer visit scheduled but no one showed. got told they had missed me but I work from home and hadn't left the house at all that day.

I am so fed up with speaking to family and friends and having to wander about the house and garden to get a reception. It has got better because we used to have to run to the bottom of the garden for good reception, sometimes in the poring rain, not good.
My family get the hump for not being able to hear me and keep saying get a proper phone, listen up Vodafone.
Really want a Vodafone person out so they can hear what our reception is like. I secretly hope it's raining lol.
So fed up with complaining. I just want to be able to hear the people love.
Listen to the little places in England please.

Revolting, not only do they sell you a product that dosnt work when they claim it does the customer service is disgusting. We’ve not had one week we’re the internet has worked to a standard we were told. It cuts out, drops out every bloody day and you have to reconnect. When you ask for help you don’t get it!
Don’t go with these guys they rob you of money, give you false information. Go elsewhere save yourself the stress!

DISASTER, TERRIBLE. Sent faulty dongle, spent 11 months trying to get it working by visiting lots of vodafone shops and calling them. Turned out they'd sent me a prototype which wasnt for public use, and now they wont refund me £378.40 for something I didnt use. SHAMEFUL VODAFONE
