Their broadband is the worst on the market. It is even worse than TalkTalk and that is really saying something. Even loading a webpage takes forever, and forget about streaming Netflix or Prime. It is pot luck as to whether you can even log into them. Never ever again will I use this company, so unbelievably disappointing. They do not have enough channels to run their broadband through so you sometimes get on sometimes not, and their routers are weak and wet, so the signal is ridiculous even in a small house its a weak signal.

Dire Dire speed. Went from EE to NowTV as thought Sky are renowned for being good! Unable to use PS4 as speed is sooo slow. Phoned customer service and told to buy a booster.......why should I if EE could provide perfectly the service? NowTV credited by account £20 to buy the booster but I am not happy and will be leaving after my 12 months and if more problems will just leave and take the hit!!

I signed up for broadband and subsequently cancelled it three days later. They took a £60 activation fee. When I asked how long the refund would take, they said it would take 30 days. I asked them at that point why the are holding onto my monye for that length of time. Refunds via VISA typically take 5 days at most. They said thats how long it takes.

I waited the 30 days and received nothing. So i called them. They then told me that the refund had not been actioned. I asked them to refund this again. They told me at this point it would take 5 working days. Fast forward 10 days, nothing recieved. called again, same story. The refund hasnt been actioned.

At this point I have stopped contacting them and have contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

I am not an unreasonable person, unlike these guys who will ake your money, and keep it for no good reason.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I paid for NowTV fibre on the 24th of June, had an engineer visit booked for the 8th of July. I still hadn't received the hub on the 4th of July, I had rang the help centre twice and both employees misinformed me and told me that my hub was on it's way, which it wasn't. I still hadn't received the hub by the 4th like I'd been told so I rang again and was told my order had been cancelled, given no explanation as to why or any help in resolving it. I asked if a hub could be sent via next day delivery so it would get to me in time for the engineer visit and was told that's not something they do, even though the issues were on NowTV's end. I was spoken to rudely by the employee down the phone, who had no real interest in helping me, which is confusing as his whole disappointing career is to help people over the phone, surely? Following from this ordeal I asked to be refunded the initial £24.99 set up fee , which the employee scoffed at and tried to make me feel bad for asking for it. From now I'll make sure to steer clear of all products and services by yourselves, and will encourage others to do the same.

In May I decided to go to NOW TV from Virgin Media. I made arrangements and was due to be transferred over on 28 May. I was later informed that there was a problem and that there would be a delay (they blamed BT Open Reach!). That was a month ago. 4 further delays later, the changeover still hasn't happened. Virgin Media terminated my service and I've been left without any broadband service. I've spent hours on the phone trying to contact NOWTV. One day last week I phoned them at three o'clock and was told I was in a queue. 35 minutes later the message changed and I was told that the office was now closed and that their opening hours were 9-5 - so why cut me off at 3.40? They sent me an email telling me of yet another delay and said that if I had any questions, to reply to the email. I did this and immediately got a 'failed to deliver'message back. I subsequently tried again on two other computers with the same result. They are impossible to contact. I have asked Virgin media to take me back which they did for a £25 charge. Having spoken to trading standards, I have sent NOW TV a letter withdrawing from the contract and asking for compensation. They are awful - be advised don't use them.

Always drops out. Reported faults, they admitted the problem was at their end and told me it would be fixed within 72 hours. A week later no broadband at all. If you ring customer service at any time of day or night there is always at least 20mins delay to be answered. Usually more like 40 mins. Decided to change provider as Now TV is RUBBISH.

I had Now fibre broadband installed around 4 weeks ago and have been entirely happy with the service. After initially signing up I received regular email updates, my modem arrived as stated. I was also eligible for a free 6 month Now TV entertainment pass. As I had no existing phone line, a BT Outreach engineer was required to call to install a complete new one, and to set up my modem. This service was provided completely FREE of charge. Other companies charge around £70. I was able to select my own appointment date and all went smoothly. Speeds are great (around 37 Mbps) and so far, connection hasn’t dropped at all. The cost is £25 a month. Would recommend.
